I am having problem with both my Airtel Numbers Prepaid As well as Post Paid. Some unauthorized charges are levied every now and then. Even when no such special services advertised by Airtel advertisements is taken by me. when I enquired, the customer care told during services were taken by many after watching TV ads and I woulkd have also clicked during cricket match. or some TV program.. was he suggesting that I am mentally unstable to take some Airtel special service, since I was watching cricket and without thinking I pressed the buttons.... I have been running around to reverse the charges but not successful

What is this? I never subscribed nor I want it. Plz stop this and never again send such messages and charge. It amounts to cheating of customers through fradulent means which can lead to legalactions against airtel.

I say STOP such sms and reimburse all amount deducted at Rs 2 since days.

I lost my sim of 95010 15777. i have submitted documents and proofs and purchased a duplicate sim of rs 50 8991020911257410031F. It is now over 10 days now and my number is not activated. I submitted my documents at Airtrel Office in Hargobind Nagar Market, Phagwara, Punjab. When asked for reason they told me that number with special digits like 777 and 000 in ends needs special permission and confirmation mail from airtel which they are not receiving from back end and they have put reminder to them. They gave me same excuse daily. Please reactivate my number as soon as possible because it is very old number and all my knows living remote has my this number only. If because it is a special number like 777 digits in the end and company is not willing to active number then i will pursue legal actions under Consumer Court Act.

M using 9818407717 prepaid. one & half month ago airtel blocked my sim for not receiving the calls & also banned for not making the calls. then i speak to customercare, they told me to submit the documents again & they said they hav no record for my cell n number. they blocked my number around 10 days (10 nov 2011 to 18 nov. 2011). Finally on saying customercare i again submitted my documents on 15nov. 2011. then Airtel sole my problem, even i got confirmation call that they hav got my documents. Today again airtel blocked my outgoing calls. and i again spoke to airtel & they are saying to submit the documents.

See i submitted my documents in malviya nagar branch on 15 or 16th nov 2011. i submitted my documents after that you allowed me to make the outgoing calls & attend incoming calls. otherwise my number was blocked by airtel.
I have no time to submit the ddocuments again & again. You can see the record in malviya nagar branch in between 12 to 18nov. 2011. It is big loss that u hav blocked my number. I can also take the legal action becoz one & half month back i gave my documents, Airtel want to issue this number to anyone. so thats why making the lame excuses for not submitting my documents. please solve my problem, otherwise i m going to take legal action. Cheap tricks playing by Airtel or the 3rd party. Thebigfatfreestore daily 5Rs subscription has been activated on my phone with my intention. I got a push message. In order to view the message completely, I selected the message from the notification menu on my HTC desire HD mobile. It got activated automatically. I called customer care 3 times on consecutive days to unscribe the blady unwanted subscription Thebigfatfreestore. First day was told by the customer care guy, that they unsubscribed Thebigfatfreestore service. second day then asked me to send an sms like 'LIVE CANCEL' to 52212. Third day they asked me to select Mobile office instead of Airtel live. But nothing was helpful. I tried everything. Every day I'm loosing 5 RS for this unwanted service.

I am using Airtel connection for close to 10 years.



My number is from Andhra Pradesh region and I am using it in Maharashtra on Roaming. So I wanted to know few details regarding roaming charges.



I tried to call on 9849098490. But I would like to mention that the service provided on the number extremely very poor. First of all the menu asks for preferred language ever after selecting English or Hindi, the person by default the Airtel representative starts talking on Telugu. Today I tried to call 2 times for assistance but both attempts my experience was very bad.



I requested the first representative to talk in Hindi she was very poor in Hindi was not able to talk at all in Hindi. She was using words like Hamako... tumako etc... I am ok with the Dhakkani Hindi.. but problem was; she was neither able to explain the plans nor able to convey what she wants to tell.



Second time I asked about the rates per minute while on roaming, your representative was not able to tell the national roaming charges for prepaid services. His continuously kept telling that "Your details are not updated". And asked me to call after one hour. This guy was also not able to understand English or Hindi. I just wanted to know the National Roaming charges for Airtel.



I could find the national roaming charges through your website. But the website is not able to tell what the charges are for incoming SMS on roaming. As per my experience, I am being charged for incoming SMS as well. Kindly let me know the details about it.

THE CUSTOMER CARE IS TO GUIDE THE CUSTOMER. BUT Mr MANOJ KUMAR HAD SPEAKED WITH
ME VERY WORST. DON’T GUIDE THE CUSTOMER IN WRONG WAY LIKE Mr MANOJ KUMAR.
Pls provide us correct information or you don’t want the customer you can call and tell us
That we will change the network. Don’t give worng informations.

So, I have applied for duplicate sim at airtel customer care center located at habsiguda, opposite to CCMB. After installing that sim in my mobile. I have noticed that sim card is working after two days it was observed that sim card registration is failed was coming, I have recharged balance of Rs.150/- in to that sim also. After enquiring at airtel customer care representative they told me that that number has became recycled on 12 th October. I was shocked by hearing this because hou your people(airtel) issued me new sim after 12th October and for that sim. I have recharged balance of Rs. 150 sum. Your airtel customer care representatives one time they were saying this number was not recycled, just it was not activated and another one is saying it was recycled, when, I have called to customer care center. On 10th Oct 2011 , Rs. 30 were deducted from my account balance.

I did not recieved any confirmation message from airtel on 6th to 10th saying that I have activated any services on my mobile, this has happed quite a lot of times in the past as well which I used to ignore but now I m really very angry with the state of affairs going on in Airtel.

Here we are the airtel postpaid users, using your service from longer time and clearing all the bills by paying to the airtel authorized outlets at the given period.

Some of your irresponsible customer care representatives are creating problems by repeating day to day call when we were working in office as well as on buzzy shedules by saying that we had not cleared the bills on the 3 numbers, infact we had cleared all the bill on the time, at given period. these people are not checking technically whether the bills has been paid or not. Hence we are facing lots of problems by your irresponsible customer care representatives only and not by others. we are feeling that your customer care representative are doing this purposely to irretate us..

before also we had given such complaint on this issue, i had got reply on the mail by getting a call. and they had promised me that it will not repeat again, but the problem remains repeating.
By this only we can come to know what service is provided by airtel customer care team of airtelindia.

Henceforth, we have some of your customer care representative ID number and names, that we don't want to mention now. regarding last warning. we have all the bill hard copies of bills payment done on time. we can hand over these document to the responsible person by giving a legal complaint on those who create such irresponsible calling regards a bills which we had done on time.. so we hope those people do not repeat these kind of valger behaviour.

In the sence we will go to your authorized officer who can take charge and also we forward these complaints in your head office.

I am Vidya My customer ID is 3008867998 i booked this airtel dth hd through IVR on sep 26th'2011. i just called to know about the offer. they immediately connected me to the sales and marketing dept. one person named Prachi spoke to me and forced me to make the payment immediately and also confirmed that the connection will be done in 48 hours so i paid through IVR with my HDFC credit card for Rs. 3290 - HD + 12M subscription for South Value Pack. HDFC Transaction ID - 023801 i got msg from airtel for the payment of 1540 towards DTH only. later no calls from Airtel i myself tried calling back and found the nearest dealer and it was 603202 - guduvanchery. my location is urapakkam. the distributor Named Bhaskaran installed the set of box and dish after intense follow up. but no channels were seen the balance amount showing is NIL. if i msg as Bal from my registered mobile number, i get a reply from 54325 as that mobile number is not been registered.

i had called the customer care ppl more than 80 times till date even today morning i tried following up. i need to tell the whole story to each and every one and they will put me on hold for hours and no reply the call will get cut by itself. everyone says they have sent a mail to technical team, they will call me.. but nothing is happening.


If Airtel is not capable of doing things i request you to kindly take the box and dish and refund the money to me. unwanted issues and problem in personal level because of Airetel. the worst ppl i have ever seen. irritated me a lot and are the cause for my current disturbed mindset. i dont want Airtel connection any more refund the amount of 3290 that i had paid.

I, Mr. A.M. Yousef, owner of the Airtel Prepaid number +91-9633553385, am facing issues with Airtel services. I am an NRI, working in the UAE. I use the airtel connection as roaming as I am involved in business activities in India. I have activated Hello Tunes and therefore a monthly charge of Rs. 30/- gets deducted from my existing balance for the renewal of the same. Apart from that, I have not activated or registered for any other service. Still, Rs 15/- was deducted for Missed Call Alert Service and Rs 30/- was deducted for Radio Service on 25/09/2011 soon after I recharged for Rs 333/- on 24/09/2011 - TransID 779650748. I logged in a complaint regarding the same through sms and got the reference number as W1016999838. I consider such issues as un-tolerable and want to know the status through email with immediate effect. Kindly do the needful and do treat the number +91-9633553385 as VIP account as you may notice the same by seeing the history of transaction of the same number.

i m vikas mittal. ihave airtel mobile no 9896538754.karnal but without any msg it has been closed. ihave made lot of call to nodal officers but still din\'t get any response. The no. is very important for me.kindly do the needfull

DEAR SIR,
I TOOK AN AIR TEL POST PAID CONNECTION ON DATED
16/09/2011, THE MOBILE NO WAS ACTIVATED ON DATED,17/09/2011, AFTER
THAT I GOT A CALL REGARDING VERIFICATION OF ADDRESS, AT THAT TIME I
WAS IN OFFICE SO I TOLD THAT PLEASE COME BEFORE 10.00 AM ANY DAY, NEXT
DAY SAME TIME THERE WAS CALL REGARDING VERIFICATION, I TOLD THE
CONCERN PERSON THE SAME THING, HE TOLD OK, ON VERY NEXT DAY MY NO WAS
DISCONNECTED . AFTER THAT I VISITED THE AIR TEL OFFICE THEN I WAS
TOLD THAT THE CONCERN PERSON WILL VISIT ON MONDAY BY 10.00AM, I WAITED
FOR HIM BY 10.30AM EVEN I CALLED HIM ON HIS CELL BUT HE DID NOT
PICKED MY CALL, AGAIN I WENT IN AIR TEL OFFICE THEN I WAS GIVEN A
COMPLAINT NO i.e. 39923664, BUT AGAIN THE CONCERN PERSON DIDNT CAME,
AGAIN AFTER 7 DAYS A PERSON CAME AT MY RESIDENCE AND ASKED SOME
QUESTION RELATED TO ME AND MY JOB AND TOLD ME THAT HE IS FROM AIR TEL
AND ITS REGARDING MY POST PAID CONNECTION VERIFICATION. EVEN AFTER 10
DAYS MY MOBILE NO IS NOT ACTIVATED, AND TODAY I WENT TO AIR TEL OFFICE
THEN I WAS TOLD THAT MY MOBILE NO i.e. 9945763121 IS BLOCKED
PERMANENTLY AND EVEN I DID NOT GOT ANY SOLUTION FOR IT NOW WHAT TO DO
TEL ME?????
