hi i'm from mumbai. In search of homebased job. I came across to I-tech Infosis at Masjid Bunder. In this company i paid Rs.3500/- as registeration fee. after that they gave me 500 medium forms that i have to type and submit in 35 days. I completed that job. after 15 days i received a report, in which they show the misqualified forms. but they are trying to show me that mistakes that i never done. i went to their office & ask them about this. they said that we will give u feedback in 7 days that show where u made a mistake. but last 20 days they are not give me that feedback. and also said that they are going to give me that report. Now what can i do? please guide me.

Multi-crore swindler Pravin Ninave in CB net many times

NAGPUR: The ability of fraudster Pravin Ninave to con victims and give cops a slip reminds one the calibre of none other than international crook Charles Shobraj.
Accused Ninave, arrested by the crime branch on Monday, used to pose as a sugar and food grain merchant and cheated innumerable traders across India running into crores. Interestingly, accused Ninave also reportedly victimised a relative of a well-known Hindi film artist based in Mumbai.

It took almost more than a year's time for the police to track down Ninave. Police have more than 14 warrants issued against him from different courts in Maharashtra and other states. Superintendent of police Yashasvi Yadav of rural police, who was instrumental in nabbing him for the first time, informed that Ninave had amassed huge fortune conning traders. "Three imported cars and a bungalow was seized after we arrested Ninave in a case registered by Umred police station," said Yadav. Ninave was later arrested by Immambada police station as two more cases were registered against him in June last year.
Almost eight warrants have been issued against Ninave from different district courts in Jalgaon. Similarly, three warrants from Bhusawal courts, two from Bhandara courts, three from Thrissur courts and one from Nagpur district court have been issued against Ninave. Though Ninave was pursued by the city police and crime branch, the wanted accused managed to keep the police at bay by changing his name, profession and residential address.
Apart from Maharashtra, Ninave seems to have cases of fraud and cheque bounce registered against him in different states in the country. Recently, Kerala state police had intimated B K Upadhyay, additional commissioner of police (crime), about Ninave's pending arrest. Additional CP Upadhyay's special crime branch squad under assistant police inspector Dilip Singh Patil was assigned the task to nab Ninave. "For the last couple of months, crime branch was after Ninave and now we would send him to Kerala," claimed Upadhyay.
"We first went to the Immambada police station in the city to gather more information about the two cases that were registered against Ninave in 2006," stated API Patil. "Some clues were found by the crime team and we started working out the inputs," added the officer.
According to crime branch officers, Ninave had printed a flashy business card to convince gullible traders that he is a member of India Sugar Board and general export corporation and International grain and commodities committee. Ninave also claimed to own a trading company M/s Super Commercial Co, based in Rambagh colony in the city. "All other details, including the official address printed on the card, were false," claimed API Patil.
Crime branch police reportedly traced Ninave at a bungalow in Sitabuldi area where he had been residing for the last few months. Ninave reportedly claimed to have attempted to mislead police team by stating that his name was 'Govind Binayet' when the police barged into the bungalow posing as visitors.

Few interesting facts about speak asia & it’s panelists:

I just want to share few things which I feel one should know about them.

They are registered in Singapore but not in India. Registering a company is not a big deal but no one is going to do a case in Singapore court for his Rs 12000.
They are selling subscription of online newsletter (Ezine) – so in case if surveys stop coming; you can’t take them in court because you will still be getting Ezines.
Their so called E-zines are just copy paste from some other sources & most of the time Wikipedia. (check this on insurance link 1 & link 2)
Why they are charging – why not give a chance to start as free.
They even don’t mention that people should be proficient in English or know internet. (only above 18 is the criteria)
Right now they have added 7.5 lakh panelists (read agents – ok.. members) & they want to take this to 1 Cr by year end. When company do survey they do it with sample but not the whole market.
So once they reach a mark of 1 Cr – every year the panelist will be sharing a revenue of Rs 52000 Crore (1Cr members * 52 Weeks * Rs 1000 per week) & who is going to pay this amount.
Why one member is allowed extra panels at some fees. Don’t you think it will impact quality of survey?
Interesting nos.: 3 lakh of their members are from Utter Pradesh – I don’t want comment but do all of them really understand English. Amar ujala newspaper quotes people who are not able to fill surveys due to lack of English or how to use internet give Rs 50 to others to do the same.
This Singaporean company has changed their name 3-4 times in last couple of years. And their registered address show details of 4-5 companies.

1) If this company is fraud then why they are returning our money in only 2 months. They could take 20 or 25 thousand for joining or would have given us a big target or longer period to earn our money back as all other company do. But they din do it.

Just be careful about following aspects:
1. What’s the main revenue source of the company, from which it’s paying money to the individuals? Is it the so called ‘survey’ services it provides to the industry? If it is so, then why the company is asking a steep joining fee of $120 in an MLM model ? I feel it is basically money which is collected from members are paid to other members. So BEWARE of this “Money Circulation Scheme” which is BANNED in most of the countries in the world including India.
2. If the company claims to be MLM, are they registered members of Singapore Direct Selling Association, which is a very very famous body only for legal, legitimate MLM/ Network Marketing companies ? I know this company is not a member..
3. Remember one thing : There is nothing called ‘easy money’ or ‘get rich quick’ scheme in legitimate MLM companies. Any Good Network Marketing company is identified by 3 main factors:
i) Promoted by reputed promoters….Exclusive products or services, not money circulation
ii) Sustainable model at least over 10 years. This can happen if the company has really good products/ services and have a along term objective
iii) Good Compensation model
iv) Consistently persistent hard work for 3-5 yrs at least to become financially free

first of all its not US $. It simply means Indian Rs50. It doesnt follows the share market or sensex. It is the perfect value for money. However, nowadays the national media doesnt seems to be happy about it. But i think only the one who has invested can mark the position of the company and profit made. So what i suggest is it my best investment ever. If you have an internet connection and know basic english then you are most welcome to get a minimum of 4000 Indian Rupees excluding tax (80$) every month. and on top of that you can work on the bussiness plan of the company for which you get paid very well.... so all the best. go ahead.

I also joined speakasia but at this moment i dont prefer someone to join this...if they have spare money and want to experiment they should but here you need to refer people under you...and for those people you might be responsible if something wrong happens...

You should believe its a true fact that no online company charges so much
Just think if they are endorsing and doing surveys for such big brands then aren\'t they are getting paid for these companies for that...
If not then WHY ARE THEY DOING SO...social work NO NOT AT ALL

WHY THEY ALLOW multiple subpanenlists with one person....isnt it affect the quality of survey data if its genuinely provided to such big brands...are the data will be accurate for their respective clients....if they are doing it genuinely for them...

WHY TO depoisit money in Franchise of upline\'s bank account and why not through cheque or credit card to company account????????????? EVER thought of this....cant the company afford to take a payment gateway... Sometime people ur refereing will ask why they should pay u and not directly to the company...no answer...do u have any

Its just to increase their business....lot of things if you think you will realise

I can play with my money BUT Cant play with the hard earned money of people im going to refer or who are under my downline...
