i have courierd a parcel to my party in topsia road by using your courier services on 07/01/2012 but it is yet not received to my party ,the parscel is so important ,we have called to your kolkata head office a person named Kartik received picked my call on Tel.No:09830866737,he said that the address i worote on the parscel is incorrect ,but we have alredy send so many courier by using so many other Courier so we request you to please take some important steps for this

we hope that u will take a strong step regarding my complaint
