I am Manas. I ordered a MP3 Player to Naptol on the month of Augast2010. My product number is 657233. On the month of September I got that product. But that product had some problem, that I couldn't connect to my PC. Again I sent it to Naptol. On the month of October 2010 Blue Dart coriour person went to wrong address & he couldn't get me there. So he returned that product on the same day. But from month of October 2010 to till today I called to Naptol, uncountable times. Every time I hear that, "within 7 working day you will get the product". I don't know why are the doing like this. Please, if you people can do something, do soon. Minimum help me to get back my money. I don't want that MP3 player.
