I TRAVELLED ON 4TH FEB FLIGHT NO.G8/111,Z CLASS,MY PNR NO.RJ7P75.FLIGHTSCHEDULED AT 2:50PM, WAS LATE FOR ABOUT 2.5 HRS. SO IT DEPARTED ABOUT 5PM.WHEN I GOT THE LUGGAGE ,THE IMPORTED BAG HAD BIG HOLE OF 2.5CM RADIUS(I HAVE KEPT BOARDING PASS WITH ME).SINCE I WAS ALONE & IT WAS NIGHT WHEN REACHED JAIPUR,I COULD NOT REGISTER COMPLAINT,AS I HAD TO TAKE TAXI,PRESCHEDULED TO AJMER TO VISIT MY SISTER WHO IS CANCER PATIENT.I WAS THERE TILL 20 TH MARCH2011,AT AJMER &FINALY CAME BY ROAD WITH MY HUSBAND ON 21ST MARCH2011.HENCE PUTTING COMPLAINT NOW,OF TOTAL DAMAGE OF MY BAG WORTH 4000/-&LOST THE UNDERGARMENT MATERIAL WORTH 3000/-,THAT WAS STOLEN.
