1. As a JP Platinum when i cancel my tickets online it clearly tell me the total cancellation charges, reconfirms the balance amount that will be refunded only after which the tickets are cancelled. But when i booked my international tickets and tried to cancel them online nothing of this sought happened. When i checked about the same with the helpline, they said it is only available for domestic bookings. Why is there a difference of platform for international & domestic? Dont you think this is unfair & can also be termed as a unfair customer service practice?
