Dear Sir/Madam,This is with respect to and in continuation to our mails sent to your office on05-04-2011 and 06-04-2011, stating that we are facing problems with the video and complete lossof signals, the complaint no given to us was 6641901; attended by Ms.Pinky. We have been facing this problem from Sunday afternoon, despite our repeated complains nothing has happened.More over, it is very saddening to say that your local service agents are not one bit co-operative to us. toworsen the scene even the customer care executive s are not responding properly.The fact that the local distributor is not co-operating was brought to notice of your nodal officer Mr.Arun Kumar; Mr.Rahul; Ms.Chitrakala;Mr.Yash; Mr.Surrender; Mr.Deepak at their respective offices.But we are not able to understand the reason behind the delay in addressing our problem to the extent of not even givinga patient listening to our issue. It would be very kind of you to inform us about the status of our complain.To inform you we were in plans of upgrading to the HD+Recorder version, but with this kind of grievance handlingwe are forced to think whether we should continue with using your services in the first place.As told to your executives we have been customers of Airtel (Mobile/Digital TV/ Broadband) for long time now; and neverhad faced such a problem. But this experience is denting the faith we had in your Brand. We wish a situation does notarise, whereby forcing us to move to Consumer court; which by looking at the kind of your customer handling looks is possible.Once again we request you to kindly take the issue seriously.Further would like to inform you that when we call customer care they put us on hold making us wait for an hour without response, and also that this mail has been sent to digitalTV@airtel.in; dthnodal.kk; airtelpresence@airtel.in, but there is no response yet in this regard.Waiting for your earliest response to this matter.Thank You,Regards,Ankush SethiCustomer Id: 3000869267
