There is a courier from SBI vide ABNO - 4125910891, not yet delivered to me. However when I check the same in the website I found the note that "Undelivered- Office Found closed", I did not find any intimation/note from your delivery guy that they attempted for delivery. In fact I got a call from overnite courier on 18th(Friday) that there is a parcel for you from SBI and it will be delivered within 48 hrs. If I got a call on 18th then how they tried on 16th Nov.

I am sorry to say that,we have got a large sought of inconvenience due to the serious fault made by your concern regarding the deliver of the parcel addressed to SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE numbered as 7041994035, which was sent on 31-12-2011 from Cochin and we haven\'t got the parcel even now.
I would like to bring your kind attention towards this irresponsibility from your side that cause loss in my firms reputation as well as a lots of other financial distress too. so i wish i should get the parcel today (05-01-2012) before 12.00 pm for completing the emergency dues over here which was thoroughly caused by your firms irresponsibility and serious carelessness.
Unless i get the parcel within the permitted time time i may go to the the consumer court and file petition against your firm to compensate fo my losses..

your service is so slow, they do not provide the services, his delivery boys tell that collected the courier his office. they not deliver the couirer at the address.
