I went to Sonus Electronics at Santacruz west near Milan Subway, Mumbai, with my Sony Wireless Walkman for repair and i was told that i will get a replacement of the product in a week. i submitted my warranty form and they took my Walkman. After a week i was told that the delivery would take a week more and i obliged them. after another week the front desk at sonus electronics informed me that the Walkman replacement hasn't arrived from the regional office yet and that it will take another week. i waited another week and when i called Sonus electronics they gave me the regional office's number in Delhi and asked me to contact them. i contacted the regional office of Sony and they told me that the product is not available in stock so i must call back later. I did that and again i get the same answer that the wireless Walkman will take another 7-10 days to arrive. I told them about the commitment of receiving the product in a week\'s time by sonus and the guy at the regional office tells me that i must deal with them for their commitment. This is harassment and breach of commitment from the regional office of Sony and the guys at Sonus electronics are asking me to speak with the regional office directly.
