I payed 10.5 lakhs , 1.5 years back for AISHWARYA Homes sites near Bangalore International Airport. Till today , no site and no money returned. Initially they showed a site ,they told it will be approved by a month ,so they took advance money.Their Owner G shankar ,a poltician in Andhra Pradesh.
When we asked for refund ,he told that he doesn't has money.
Could you plz advice how to deal with such peoples who shows muscle,politics power.If somebodies are cheated by AISHWARYA Homes ,plz contact me .

Answer to Aishwwarya Homes,

You said you have been doing the registration. I accepted it as it is true that you are doing registration. But what is the truth that half of your plots are not approved due to lack of release papers. You have not given us the release paper as you promised. Now it is 5 years passed, not single release paper you give and you keep saying next 2 months so on... how many more years do I have to wait?

If you want to go for legal attorney, pls go ahead and I am ready to give proof that our plot is not approval due to lack of release paper.

If you want us to withdraw out our complaints, pls give me release paper first and then i am ready to take back the complaints immediately.

I bought plot at aero royal, Aishwarya Homes in 2007 and also got registration done

but Since then, I am waiting for release paper from BIAPPA approval.

They espcially Raja keep saying after 2 months, we will get release paper. but 2 months had become 4 years.

I wonder when will we get release paper, BIAPPA approval for our plot?

We went to BIAPPA office but they refuse to talk anything but want to talk with only developer. When we asked aishwaraya homes, they told the same reason and asked us to carry on building home and we will get release letter later.

Now Raja start avoiding talking with us.

They cheat our hard earning money by lieing to us that we will get release paper which we never get it.

If someone have similar experience how to recover the money please guide me. I think i have no choice to put a police complaint and in Consumer court.

I will suggest we will go together against Aishwarya homes for cheating us...

Reply from Aishwarya Homes, as we have seen the complaints in the Indian Consumer Complaints Form, we Aishwarya Homes are no way concerned to Aishwarya Groups or Aishwarya Projects, they are the different companies. Aishwarya Homes is the Single ownership independent company, and also we are not getting identity of the persons whoever has mentioned their complaints in this consumer complaint forms, some of the persons mentioned that we didn’t get the approval to our project but we have got all the approval to the projects mentioned in the complaint & we have been doing the registration also, without knowing the details of the property if they try in time to misguide the customer by mentioning in the inernet to spoil the reputation of the company, We will be going to take a legal action over the persons whoever has mentioned in the internet, we request you all whoever has mentioned the complaints to know all the details of the property before mentioning in the complaint. whichever has been mentioned in the internet are false statements. our customers are in touch with us and their is no problem with our projects and we are running our company very well, if some one tries to spoil the reputation then we will be taking a serious legal action over the person whoever is trying to do the same. So as we proceed with our legal action we request you all to take back your complaint as soon as possible. If some one wants any clarification regarding the projects which we are running. So We request to our customers to have a direct contact to the company and have a clarification. Our Legal attorney have brought this issues in front of the cyber crime & legal Proceedings have been initiated on the above members who have falsely made the wrong statements.
