I have enrolled myself to Vikas Motor Training School on 1st Nov,2010 for giving 13 classes of 1 hr duration each, for which I paid 3000/-. However I was given only 3 classes out of 13 classes from 1st Nov 2011 to 3rd Nov 2011. after that whenever I called the proprietor Ashok Chauhan, he kept on saying that the car has gone for repair and since then I have not been given any classes. I had registered a written complaint with Dwarka North Police station on 20th Jan'2011, after which on 1st march'2011 I was told by the police that he was prepared to impart the remaining classes. However since four months have passed in between and I have already learnt driving I do not need the classes anymore. I want my money to be refunded after deducting the fee for three days. I conveyed this to the police also. But I did not hear from police or the driving school owner since then. It really hurts when I think that I kept my part of bargain by paying the entire amount as promised but got cheated by the driving school owner. It also hurts that even after registering a complaint with the police brought no solution to this problem.
