This company was working with me for four months scamming me the whole way through. I placed an order for samples from them and they sent it before I had sent the money for the samples (which surprised me), all was good until it came down to placing the order. First they tried change the deal we originally had by raising the price but 25% their reasoning on that was due to taxes and cotton stocks. Then once I talked them down from that they told me they are no longer able to use paypal (which is correct in india they are not able to use paypal for more then $500/transaction) so we believed him and ended up paying $1000 total (to western union) including the money that was spent on the samples, which is half the amount that we owed for the whole order of tshirts because we made a deal that we wanted to feel secure in my purchase so we only paid half and Sanya agreed to sending the whole order and once I confirmed with him then I would send the other half of the money just to be secure after that he sent us receipts and stated they will be here any day. For the next weeks I email Sanya stating that we needed a tracking number for the order he had sent in order to track it and find out why its taking so long... he would come on skype once a week or so and say \"yes the tshirts have been sent I am not at the office and will send you the tracking number in an hour or two\" and everytime for WEEKS I would wait for the tracking number. Finally I got Sanya online for more then a few minutes to talk about the situation, and he then informed that the deal had changed without my knowledge and that if we didnt pay the full amount then he would not send the tracking number BUT that the tshirts were here in Germany and all we had to do was to send him the rest of the money. We were not going to just give him the full amount until we had confirmation of the tshirts from a 3rd party. Weeks past and now we are here today typing this complaint. WITHOUT THE TSHIRTS, WITHOUT ANY MONEY TO INVEST IN MORE TSHIRTS, AND DREAMS SHATTERED. I AM A HARD WORKING MAN, I ONLY WANTED TO ACCOMPLISH MY DREAM OF STARTING A CLOTHING COMPANY, NOW THAT I HAVE NO MORE INVESTMENT TO PUT TOWARD A LARGE AMOUNT OF TSHIRTS I WILL HAVE TO PUT MY DREAMS TO THE SIDE AND WORK FOR MORE MONEY BEFORE BEING ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL. ITS A SHAME THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO DO THIS, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE ALL IN THE SAME STRUGGLE TO SURVIVE THIS WORLD WE LIVE IN TODAY. I PRAY THAT ONE DAY HE WILL GET WHATS COMING TO HIM WHATEVER THAT MAY BE. I ALSO PRAY THAT NO ONE ELSE IS SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. THEY DONT DESERVE THE HARD EARNED MONEY THAT THEY JUST STOLE FROM US. THEY DESERVE TO BE IN JAIL. I WILL BE TRYING MY HARDEST TO GET THE MONEY BACK AS ITS THE ONLY INVESTMENT MONEY I COULD COME UP WITH. To the others that have been scammed please email me so that we can all join together and get our money back. its the only way it will work is if we all band together. WHATS NEXT HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK!?
