Sir,I purchased a car ins. policy no.3001/54161734/01/000 frm icicilombard on 28/5/2009 to 27/5/2010.this year i got renewal note to renew the policy.On 27/5/2010 I got renewed policy online and paid the amount through hdfc debt card transtion id no.14735956778 dtd 28/5/2010 amount Rs 6621/-.After repeated requests for 20 to 22 days,everyday on phone for more than 30 to 40 min.call company is not paying any heed and harrassing me and not even refunding my amount instead of repeated requests.I registered a req.under the no.10610542 dtd.1/6/2010.I talked to top level management but all are least interested to solve the issue.My car is stuck and can\\\'t move on the road without ins.policy as per act.so I have to hire the vehicle to go to my work,which costs me alot.So its requested to look into the matter,and compensate my losses. with regards, Surinder singh
