This is with reference to my earlier Complaint ID: 15962 which has been responded by online support executive Mr. Sonu Kumar on 22-May-2011 and promised me to arrange for a reverse pick up. It is to bring to your notice that the same representative now comes back regretting that they would not be able to arrange for reverse pickup and asking me to send the shipment back.
1. Why should a customer like me bear the pain and cost of sending the shipment back to the company for their mistake?
2. How can a customer trust a company which doesnt keep up to their promise arranging for a refund in my case?
3. What kind of an online shop Bag It Today is running - CheatOneToday? An online shop is provide value to a customer to capture value in return and sad to see the value a customer is getting here.

I sincerely request the viewer of this complaint not to shop at pathetic Bag It Today. I'll definitely put up a fight for my complaint and consumer interest against these fraudsters.
