VODAFONE REPRESENTATIVE HAS SENT ME A MAIL ON 25.03.11 CONFIRMING THAT THE EXCESS AMOUNT CHARGED FROM ME FOR MOBILE 9899714695 WOULD BE REFUNDED. ALTHOUGH TWO MONTHS HAVE LAPSED NOTHING IS FORTHCOMING. I HAVE HAD A DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE WITH VODAFONE WHILE TRYING TO DISCONNECT MY MOBILE CONNECTION AND WAS MADE TO RUN FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS FOR GETTING THE PHONE DISONNNECTED. DURING THIS PERIOD VODAFONE CONTINUED TO FLEECE ME WITH ALL SORTS OF CHARGES. ALL PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS SHOULD LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE.
