I had the worse experience with Cleartrip. I booked a ticket from cleartrip and my account was debited with the amount However, I did not get the e-ticket. I called in my bank to ask if the money had been transferred and the bank replied in yes. When I called the cleartrip executives they said that the transaction was not complete and they will refund my money with in 3-4 days. This is the height of ignorance and both the parties (bank and cleartrip)are trying to shift their liability on each other.
