Dear Sir,
We regret to inform you that we have faced worst situation with GMG Airlines during our \'holidays\' visit from New Delhi to Kuala Lumpur. We were six memebrs of a family travelling to Kuala lumpur via Dhaka thru GMG Airlines on dated 12/6/2010. We have a transit flight to Kuala lumpur via Dhaka. The crew members available at IGI New Delhi Airport has denied to issue the boarding pass despite our confirm tickets & valid Visa of Malaysia. the lady available at counter after discussion with his senior (at counter) started asking to produce the dollers available with us. She insisted that we were 6 members (4 Adults & 2 Children) hence we must have atleast 3000 dollers with us.
Actually we were having 1500 dollers as our complete holidays were advance booked by \"Make My Trip\" (the details itinerary is attached herewith) inclusive hotels, meals, transfers return airfare, sight seeing & passes of parks etc) and we don\'t have to make any expenses at malaysia but at last moment GMG Staff did\'nt paid any attention and insisted that they won\'t issue any baording passes unless & until we can arrange 3000 dollers. In this short span how it is possible to arrange 1500 dollers? they had ignored all our requests and taken a tough stand on this issue. We have even asked them to to consult the airport authority staff or immigration staff but they were started acting like a immigration or custom officials of malaysia and started misbehaved & ill-treated us. They were started treating like we were some thief or smugglers who were caught red-handed.

We don\'t have extra mony but there was no other option left but to arrange the balance 1500 dollers as there were no time left because flight was about to depart so we have decided to contact our freinds & relatives and fortunately one of our colleague were also going thru same airport and within 30 mins. he had given the rupees and we have exchanged to dollers.

Later we have confirmed to malaysian immegration officers about carry 3000 dollers to malaysia but they told us that they have not given any authority to GMG Airliens to check dollors from travellers. Malaysian authoritis neither checked nor asked anything about carrying dollors to malaysia!
Why GMG Airlines staff harassed and misbehaved with us on this issue at New Delhi Airport. We were having lady and children with us. They have mentally tortured us. Is this is the hospitality these GMG people are offering to their travellers?

Later, we have paid @ Rs.6.15/- per doller in return exchange of doller to indian rupees. i.e. we have paid extra Rs.6.15/- X 1500/- dollers = Rs. 9225/- (difference amount of exchange of dollers). Now we ask the Airlines to refund this amount (Rs.9225/-) to us which we have paid due to rigid, unreasonble stand taken by GMG staffers at new delhi airport on dtd.12/6/2011, sunday evening or we don\'t have any other option left to move to honourable court of law for JUSTICE.
