In continuation to my previous complaint about my vehicle DL3CBM 7210 Honda City, I wish to add that I have called up the customer support number (Honda 121) many times getting a "regret appology" and "forward your concern assurance".

When I requested the operator to transfer me to the manager or to someone in charge, she categorically refused to.

Frankly, even an answering machine could have served the purpose of grieviance recording rather than a live-operator who can offer nothing more.

Only 1 time out of so many, I have received a call from Honda promising "looking into the matter" and never again.

I think it is a sham to call such an interaction as "Customer Care" or "1-1" since it is always 1 to no-one. Even my kid niece could have offered the same outcome from her kinder-garten class...

I feel totally helpless and let-down since I am unable to even get in a dialog with someone incharge.

I am told that the dealer has been trying his level best to expedite and that it is Honda creating the bottleneck. I am inclined to believe that.

ET Delivery - 2 weeks (Spares short expected on 15th
Called after 15-20 days- Parts expected on 24th
Called 25th, parts expected one or two days.
Called 27th, Working it out.
Called 01-July- Expected: 05th July

If Honda can not support their more current and popular model (launched last year) and if someone is facing the brunt of it, it is the duty of the customer care to care about the customer's problems and offer recourse. Or fwd to someone who can.

I did not pay 10 lacs to not have my car available at one of the most crucial times- just to hear regret

I drive my neighbour's car in emergency, knowing very well what any breakdown can do to my relationship. I Have no alternative.

I hardly see anything wrong with just this expectation. I understand delays- and for 15 days, I kept quiet being cooperative and understanding. But How Long ?

My personal income after tax etc is limited like everyone else's and an unplanned expense of 30-40 K only on commute is a significant dent. Plust the obligations for borrowing some one's car and delayed appointments when cabs are not available. and lot of fatigue carrying a server system around in autos.

The initial plan was to buy a linea- but considering honda's service reputation as against a new entrant like linea, I went for honda because I dont expect it to get me stranded so long.

I can understand issues with the paint not drying up due to the weather, or the repair work on a mutilated vehicle body and even non-availability of the "Glam-accessories" like wolf whistles, high-power fog-lights, broad radials etc.

But a suspension spare part not available ? In a period of recession in our organization we are anyway pressed for funds causing all of us to use our private means as far as possible. These are now depleted and I have no idea when can I get respite ???

We Simplex Infrastructures Ltd having a large nos of Honda Cars in our organization
Recently The glass of front side of window (Beside driver seat)of Honda City was broken due to fallen of stone on it

In this connection pl note that last 15 days we are following with your agent namely PINNACAL HONDA here in Kolkata but regret to inform that we are getting reply in negative in other word "Glass is not in Stock"
One thing we could not understand that at present when you can get every thing in 24 hrs why not yr agent where as the same glass is available in the market

Since our car is brand new car and is using by our top management we never allow to get our cars checked / repaired outside

Hence you are requested to pl look into the matter and resolve the issue
