I requested for re location of my videocon on 12th June,request no 14021528. But when i contacted again on 22nd June they told me that its already resolved. When i complaint that its not done they again take my new request no 14389603. Again when i contacted on 25th June they told me that its already resolved. Again they promise me that we will resolve your issue on urgent basis. But till now nothing has happened. They also deduct re installation charges Rs.300 twice.I am calling them every day from past 16 days but still nothing changed, they only promise me that it will resolve in 24 hours.Kindly help me.My customer ID is 789144.
