Once of your Staff Member wanted me to send him an email on harshatoyotabodyshop@gmail.com to start the work on my car. He also sent me a reminder through SMS yesterday. I did sent an email as he mentioned, also sent a sms confirming that I have sent the email. however uptill now I did not get any message from your (Harsha Toyota) end. Hence, I called up Mr. Ravichandran to reconfirm whether there is any work in progress on my car. To my disappointment is was told that they have not recieved the email.
Please find below the email that I had sent yesterday which has been forwarded once again today.

Dear Mr. Ravichandran,

Please go ahead with repairing my car KA-21M-8889.
As of now I have not left with any choice from your side as your earlier mistake of not adding the bumper replacement cost and misguiding me by giving wrong information will be costing me a lot.
The difference between Rs. 14500/- and the insurance claim amount was agreed to be paid by the Packers. Now even they will turn around and refuse to pay the additional difference.

I am extremely disappointed with Harsha Toyota, although so many people told me to approach Radha Krishna Toyota, I approached only you guys as you were the closest.
Now I regret my decision and feeling helpless as I am left with no choice.

One should learn from Your company and Agarwal Packers how to slaughter the customers.
