i Mr avinash pawar , i had purchased swift Dzire vxi car in the month of July 2008. form first free servicing i had encountered problems regarding the servicing done by the said agency already my free servicing had got over over n yet instead of repeated complains they didn\\\'t changed to the service providing following are my complains now after getting fed up against their service i am penning down dis complain
recently

1. 26\\\\11\\\\2010
car was handed back only by a wash and nothing done against the complains noted to them next day i spoke with the concern engineer they come again and took the car again for the problem logged and only gear problem was solve and other problems where again remained unsolved the charged for wheel alinement wheel balancing and fuel injector cleaning in which only fuel injector cleaning was done and was charged twice in the same bill and other problems remained unsolved

2. 27\\\\06\\\\2011
problems regarding wheel alignment engine decarbonizing and coolant were charged but work was not carried out next day the because of heating wiring was burned

3. 5\\\\07\\\\2011
fuse and was changed which was not listed by ous and now due to which side signal horn and parking lights are not working during this service the car was damaged by their driver while dropping off the car back to ous due to their carelessness they damaged a portion of a car by a heavy object due to which paint also got wear off

they charge but don\\\'t carry out the work or change a part without prior informing i am not satisfied by their work\\\\service even though they work in a company the don\\\'t have politeness and good communication with the costumers and many complains pending but this are the main which i want to be solved first a local mechanic does more efficient work rather this company
