My BSNL landline connection has not been working for about 3 months.I have informed the exchange(Peyad exchange) many times and now fed up with it.I dont want to pay rent for a dead piece every month.It has become utterly inconvenient for me and my family.Now to whom should I tell my grievances?

My BSNL landline connection has not been working for about 18 months.I have informed the Chunkappara Exchange(UNDER Pathanamthitta Dist,TVLA circle) many times and now fed up with it.But I am paying my rental every month through bank account.It has become utterly inconvenient for me and my family.Now to whom should I tell my grievances and who can solve this problem,Before each time employees asking money too to fix the problem... !

The land line telephone(04682-259951) is not working for so many weeks. The complaint is not being attended by the concerned officials. The phone has been out or order for so many months during the year 2011-12. The concerned officials are quite rude and talk very arrogantly on complaints. They are giving a very bad name to the BSNL. I hope the authorities take a serious note of it.

Sir,
I bring to your notice; once again that one of my student (Mr Praveen from Ampalapuzha) who had studied in St. Aloysius College, Edathua approached me in the college to take a connection of MTS Offering me various things and given me a prepaid connection to me and said kindly check it weather these will be better than the BSNL Connection which I have with me. So after checking I was satisfied with its functions and I asked him for a pre-paid connection and I signed for an agreement and had taken Rs. 2,300(which I had paid through cheque) from me. After one week he came to me and told me that a new plan was there for the enter teacher of an institution ,that there is an offer that for Rs. 600 we can get Full downloading free so kindly take these connection ; then I told him that I don’t need it. Then he forcefully said these will be the best then I told him it will be risk for me latter. Then he assure (offer me that 3months no bill will be there and you have to pay Rs. 600 per month and full downloading will be free and it will be high speed internet) that he will take the risk it is his connection so kindly use it. After one week the bill came to me immediately I called the office several time through complaint and later after the several enquiry the company sent one Pre paid Mr Radakrishnan and compromise through taken the Post-paid equipment and given the previous Pre paid equipment and offered me that whatever lost which I had will be recharged in the Pre-paid connection. Latter till dated that amount has not been charged to me and latter I was not using these equipment. So understand my real situation. So kindly check it and have an enquiry through your agent Mr Praveen and Mr Radakrishan who were working in Alappuzha (Area). Accordingly you can take any decision. But before going for further action I hereby request to have an official meeting in your office by calling both your agent (Mr Praveen and Mr Radakrishan) in your office to talk about these with the officials of the company.
So let me know who has really cheated the company; hopping a favourable action and kindly arrange an official meeting with the help of official factuality and the person behind curtain (Mr Praveen and Mr Radakrishan) in the month of May itself and as per that decision we decide the things. So kindly understand my real situation

Sir,

This is to draw your kind attention and necessary action wrt the faulty BSNL landline connection of mine. I have been a loyal customer of BSNL since last 12 years (0479 2423286 ,Vijayamma PK, Ampadiyil, Kozhuvalloor P O,Chengannur Allappuzha,Kerala )



I am writing this letter with grief and deep frustration at its summit. My telephone got stop working before 1 months. Since I am not technically sound enough to find out the faults ,very soon after that fault happened I booked the complaint over your IVRS through 198. The system registered my complaint and I got a reference number . Even after 2 days there were no response from the telecom officials. Again I did the same thing unfortunately the same story has been repeated. As next step I intimated our exchange (Karakkad), over the complaint section via telephone. They told that “it will be attended”. Days gone, still nothing happened.



Then I approached directly to the exchange and submitted a written complaint in the register and spoke to the technetium needless to mention the response of the technician was very disgusting. Without any consideration over a valuable customer . he told that “at present there is nobody to look after your complaint, you do whatever you like and contact wherever you like” Even though still my complaint is not rectified. I had visited our exchange several times but got the reply that due to the unavailability of cable workers we couldn’t rectify your issue.



Now a day’s BSNL spends more to acquire new customers by giving excited plans. It is well understood that one loyal customer is better than 10 new customers in long run. All the private companies are focusing on retention of their existing customers trough customer satisfaction. We have a soft corner towards BSNL since it is a Gvt owned company, unfortunately BSNL is exploiting our loyalty. We have given our landline numbers to all the critical contacts. While if any one calling us they will get a ring tone and will conclude that we are intentionally avoid the call. In the IT Era If we are going to calculate the loss of our repute and the information in financial terms it would definitely coasts more than one can imagine.



Hence I request you to initiate necessary steps to rectify the complaint as soon as possible, I am approaching you as a lender of last resort.

Please help me to keep my faith in BSNL.
