Cheating in the name of \'SBI card privilege circle program\'
First \'SBI card\' made me to believe that I am a privileged customer of them by pointing out my good relations in terms of card usage. And as a good gesture they have asked to be part of their privilege circle program. They briefed about the program. The conditions were, once i pay Rs.6000/. I would receive a welcome kit with
1. A polo wrist watch.
2. Holiday package for two for three days and two nights.
3. One way domestic air ticket.
Sounded interesting to me.
They tried their best marketing skill to avoid talking the pit falls in it.
I agreed. Money has been taken. The kit has come. As they claimed the polo watch was not worth 4000k. After the market research I came to know that its somewhere below 1000k.

As their terms & conditions I sent my both holiday and flight vouchers. With three dates and three different destinations. As per their conditions thy supposed to call me within 15days of receiving the voucher. Nothing has happened. My issues began from there. There were no follow ups on both programs.

The dates I submitted were nearing and I called and wrote to their respective mail ids repeatedly ( around 100 e-mail and equalant tele-conversations ). Everytime thy have a recorded like reply that my request is under process. Till date ( Its been about six months now) I am waiting for the PRIVILEGED services from \'SBI card\' for my best relations I had with them.
Cheated Rs.6000.
Now I am ready to fight legally to prevent others falling similar traps as well as to expose the dirty face of SBI card in public.

Advice by Experts:

Its not very clear whether the offer actually was genuine from SBI card division or you were cheated by Cyber Thieves who give fake offers in different company names.

Few months back I purchased the Plat5’s SBI privilege circle program membership. Till date, I have not encountered any inconvenience. Plat5 team is very supportive and helpful, they truly care for their customers, and I am just overwhelmed due to their kind and supportive behavior with their customers. My holiday trip organized by Plat5 was awesome. I will definitely like to purchase further such offers introduced by Plat5.

hello friends, myself abhijeet from Mumbai. I read few complaints against the plat5 SBI privilege circle program and was surprised to see people complaining so much against the services of plat5 SBI privilege circle program. I don’t understand where were all their queries when they were purchasing the offer. I mean I am a happy member of plat5 SBI privilege circle program and till date have not encountered any sort of inconvenience. I read the offer documents carefully post receiving the kit. I found the locations prescribed in the offer available for holidays convenient for me that is why I bought the offer. I just want to say we are the customers and we all are literate, Plat5 or SBI not forced us to make a purchase we bought it because we liked it. Well, I am satisfied with their services and has due regards for their services. Thanks SBI & Plat5 for launching such customer centric offers.

Well, different people are bound to have different opinion towards services rendered by Plat5 and SBI cards , but personally I think, putting the blame solely on Plat5 and reputed organization such as SBI cards for any inconvenience caused to them is not correct, because sometimes we as customers are negligent towards he purchases we do & don’t go through the terms and conditions carefully and later on blame the company for not providing them the necessary information. Well, I am vigilant customer of Plat5 and SBI ‘s Privilege circle program and till date I have not faced any sort of inconvenience, they are very supportive and helping in terms of rendering services to its customers. Recently, I purchased the membership of plat5 SBI privilege circle program. I got my complimentary gift watch within two weeks of my purchase order, I also requested them to book a air ticket to Mumbai on 24th of January but I felt amused when they did not give me a warm response. Later, I contacted on their helpline number and they apologized since the mail confirmation was incorrectly sent on an incorrect mail id. But, by the time, my confirmed date had gone; hence, they requested me to share revised dates & sectors. Again on 21st of February, I contacted them to book an air ticket to Bangalore and this time I had no problem in booking my ticket. Sometimes, technical failures may lead to inconvenience but I don’t think it means that the company is fraud or bogus. Thanks to plat5 SBI for offering me such services, it does helps a lot.

I got a call from plat5 offering me the membership of privilege circle program on behalf of SBI cards, I did not show much interest to that call initially but when I heard the offer benefits under the scheme I decided to purchase the membership. After a week I was not sure whether I have made a good deal or not but I got my complimentary gift watch within two weeks of placing my purchase, and the polo watch was worth my money. Later I booked an air ticket to Kolkata which was cheaper as you expect courtesy, the service benefit of privilege circle program under that they paid the base fare of my ticket. To a large extent, I truly feel privileged to be a member of this privilege circle program and thinking of captivating further such services offered by plat5 and SBI cards.

Hello guys.. Like Gurmeet says I also opted for the privilege circle offer and initially after reading so much about fraud and scams of this company I got scared but when I contacted them, I got a very warm response from them, they were really helpful, after few months I planned a vacation to Gangtok along with my family and I would like to thank Plat5 and SBI for offering me such scheme, because of that I saved a lot of my travelling expenses as well as enjoyed the luxury benefits under the scheme.

Plat5 executive approached me about the holiday offer that was for selected card holders only. The executive clearly informed me of the terms and conditions of the program and the offers were made available at a very minimal price of Rs 6067. They offered me a good deal stay in any of their listed hotel for three days and two nights, one way air flight ticket to any of destination mentioned and free gift (a wrist watch). The holiday, which I availed through Plat5 consultancy was at Nainital which was quite decent. Sad to see, how, people have raised concerns against the program. Well, I had my views to share; hence, wrote it down. Would say in last, that it is indeed good offer rolled out by Plat5 consultancy in association with SBI Cards....

I am having same experience. The gave the same offer to me. I sent my holiday booking voucher and and they have received it. But they first said that we will confirm the booking only before 20 days of the travel date. Then I told them that I have to plan other things as well, they said they can confirm it by 20th Aug. If I delay booking of flight tickets for there confirmation, the flight charges would go on increasing. Will they pay for that ? They are not cooperating.
