PNR IWHXMN, I am a serving army Officer who travelled from Delhi to Pune on 26Jun 2011 by IT155. I booked a piece of baggage as FRAGILE and it was booked under your category OG or even higher than that as far as handling of delicate baggage is concern, tag reads 058, 0090IT036911 IT 155 PNQ. On reaching home and opening the package, to my horror and disgust, all my seven but one pots were found broken which I had carried from Khurja with utmost care. This is not the first time in Kingfisher flight when fragile baggage has been found damaged but this time it was a huge loss of time, efforts and money (approx 6500.00) with no effect on your high profile airlines. I would like to have a personal audience with your Chairman & MD Dr V. Malya for my earlier complaint also as I have not received any intimation about that also wherein I had to cough out approx Rs12000.00 when I was declared NO SHOW but no hearing on late flights because it does not affect him, great Mr Malaya. For your information, my King club No is 26553015. Let’s see if I get any reply which I am doubtful. RGDS, pankaj
