Dear Sir / Madam,
My aged fathers plot No-46 in AG's Colony,comprised in survey No-148,in the village No-126,nemilichery,saidapet taluk,chengelput district, measuring total of 2000 sqft, has been partially and illegally encroached by a neighbour. They are least cared about any of our complaints. We sincerely believe to get justice through your help.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have my own home at Pune. But May dad took of land 1.5 guntas but it have half menas 0.75 gunta is ours and another 0.75 guntas is other person. But that person doing argument on regular basis. He is taken is water nab on my land . But he not listen ours. Please help me what can I do for this

My father bought a piece of land(3 Kathhas), from my paternal uncle's father on 22 Nov.1972.
Buyer's detail:
Shree Krishna Ballabh Thakur, S/O Late Shiv Nandan Thakur, Mauja n gram-Madhubani.Thana-Kumarkhand. Distt-Saharsha.
Seller's detail;
Shree Kali Deo, S/O- Shree Raja Deo, Mauja -Gangaura, Bihra, Saharsa, Tola - Gangjala.
Kali deo bought this land through kabala(sale deed) from
Tetar Mushhar, Bald Kallu Kaum Mushhar, Safindeh tola, Gangjala, Saharsa
Mine jamabandi no.418 n case no of jama bandi is 3240/09-10, tauji no. 3682, which was transferred from jama bandi no 114 of Kali Deo. in register 2
khata no. khesara no. rakwa (kathhas)

My Fufa said that he will buy the land from my father, but he died 9-10 years back.Than Fua returned the kabala and said that her sons are not interested .Than we, started updating the papers and seeing the plots position.When our papers were ready, we met Mr . S,. Deo, saying that he has done some illegal construction withouht ouer permission.Than he said that he went thrice to my native place but we have not given the plot to him. So, my plot doesnot exist.
boundary is 3-4 years old. house is 7-8 years old.The haal survey khatian of 1995 contains the name of the seller Kali Deo., although he was not alive .We don't want to indulge into voilence and want to get my land through legal means.
Kindly suggest the best way.
