THEY ARE DEBIT THE AMOUNT FROM THE ACCOUNT AND NOT EVEN RESPONSE.
CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE NOT TAKING THERE PHONES ALWAYS REMAINS BUSY.
I HAVE CALL THEM 40 TIMES BUT THEY DON\'T EVEN RECEIVED SINGAL CALL.

today Rs21 dedudted in my mobile balance for the reason iam activate the value added packs of fun in the internet,But i didn't activate any kind of value payable pack through internet.iam using internet around three years,i know where i go or not in the internet.tata docomo customer care not gave any proper response to me. this can be happening day by day.kindly resolve this issue and refund my balance Rs21.

Dear Sir,
It is intimated that I had purchased Tata DOCOMO # G device on line. This device did not function properly due to poor signal strength at my place of residence. hence complaint to this regard was initiated and matter was discussed with number of individual including your main office at Delhi and Bhopal as well. getting no improvement in the services provided a request was made to close the connection and raise a final bill as I am being post paid customer. But to my surprise I my request was not turned down on the ground that, I should clear my bill first. At this juncture I had requested to close the connection. And I was assured that no further bill will be raised. Contrary to this on clearing bill as advised now I have been issued another bill. Thing did not end here, your collection agent ( I may be allowed to call them hooligans / goondas element the way they behaved with my domestic help) who had been told about these facts reached my home and communicated to me through my domestic help about my dues. I object to conduct of your company. I would like to quote hear that till the date of my request for closure of connection no action was taken on my complaint. Moreover your gadget did not function out side of the state. Kindly look in to the matter, investigate conceal the bill generated illegally. and tender written apology for conduct of your hired collection party as well as head of section generated the false bill and refund the money I had spent on purchase of 3 G DOCOMO device under the false impression of your brand reputation.

TATA DOCOMO SERVICE IS THE WORST AND MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER FACED. Some persons intent to cheat me and disgrace from my position. They want to take my mobile service calls and messages through your aquainted technitions. Please keep my privacy under Indial Leagal acts. Don't allow any person and my kith and kins without my permisson and leagal procedure. Don't loss my privacy through any traping.
