To ,Information officer,Air India Sub:-LTC-80 clarification and fare request-regI am a Central Govt employee. In April 2010 I availed North eastern LTC along with My family . I got my Tickets booked in Air India through Authorised Agenton 18.3.2010 and travelled by Air india flight from Jaipur to Delhi in LTC 80 and Delhi to Bagdogra to and fro LTC Q. My Agent told me that that NACIL has issued some circular No. 037-A/2010 (Type-A) on 10.3.2010 vide which fares have been revised w.e.f. 10.3.2010 and further LTC 80 has been withdrawn for Delhi Bagdogra and new LTC Q scheme has been introduced on this sector. But the authorised version of this Circular, duly signed by the NACIl was not provided to me by the agent. This is not available on your website also. After completion of LTC tour I submitted my bills and unluckily my account section rejected my LTC flight fare claim and they calculated the fare based on Old rate w.e.f 1 st December 2008 . No revised list of these fare is availabe on your website also. As per these rates the fare calculated by the deptt per ticket is Rs 3275 for Jaipur- Delhi and 6225 for Delhi-Bagdogra,whereas I have paid Rs 3980 and 7630 respectively . Dec 2008, LTC -80- fare is very less comparing to fare charged in April 2010 fare.Further, the Service Tax charged by the agent was also not reimbursed, as the amount of my claim was already higher than the prescribed fare rates of Dec 2008. They were demanding the new list of fare. But I couldn’t find out any consolidated list of revised fare of LTC -80 (Air India) after January, 2009 and the LTC-80 fare were changing frequently. Kindly help regarding and please send LTC -80 and LTC Q fare of Air India applicable on April 14th, 2010, and also clarify about LTC Q scheme, otherwise I may loss a big amount kindly help regarding this.
