we booked two seats on the flight AI251 12.30h on the 11th of august to kathmandu . when we arrived at the aeroport, the staff of air india told us that there was an overbooking and we couldn't fly. we didn't understand and we insisted about our booking ticket and after sometime their change their opinion and they told us that the problem was that they take a plane with less seats as tickets sold then they decided to give us a new ticket but we have to flight benares-delhi and delhi kathmandu. we took the flight IT 0310 benares -delhi seats 30E, 30F ( kingfisher)because of military operations in delhi the airport was closed and they decided to land to jaipur . we spend more than two hours inside the airoplane without water and air conditioner and the cabine personal didn't tell us anything. At 15.05h we left Jaipur and we arrived to delhi but of course , we missed our flight to kathmandu. We want that you take care of all the inconveniences and take care of all the cost of the excursions and night that we missed because of the delay.
