i was to board flight for jabalpur on 13 august2011 iwanted to enquire about the terminal FOR DEPARTURE at delhi the ticket was not showing it the call centre no 18001800101 does not respond igot the no01126511123 01126543500 from just dial but they also were not picked up in this confusion i ALMOST REACHED DOMESTIC TERMINAL AND RETURNED BACK reached the terminal t3 at 0538hrs reached boardinG attended by akriti at 0540hrs but i was returned back saying that counter is closed the no help was provided to me it was all inhuman approach no empathy it was my sisters engagement today on 13 aug in jabalpur i will not be able to attend ,after all this i went for rebooking at ticket counter at 0555hrs attended by shaila here also the same behaviour continued and one more Lady sitting besides her they do not respond do not act as per situation in times to come your airlines will be in peril this is shraap of a brother to whom no cooperation was given red tapism exists in your airline .this is first omplain of my life .i am also a service provider in army a govt servant class I group A officer but i cant imagine such a behaviour from a airline of your repute my pnr no was NBFSVF AND MVQUOP NOW I HAVE GOT MY TICKETS REBOOKED WITH ADDITIONAL RS3000 PAID FOR 14 AUGUST.INVIEW OF ABOVE I WANT INVESTIGATION OF MY COMPLAINT ,SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THE ERRING STAFF,OVERHAULING OF CALL CENTER NO IE 18001800101 AND LANDLINE NO STATED ABOVE,SENIOR LEVEL STAFF SHOULD BE PRESENT TO TAKE A CALL IN SUCH CASES,REASONABLY PAID MOTIVATED,POLITE,HELPFULSTAFF BE POSTED AT BOARDING AND TICKET COUNTER,THIS IS THE WORST THING HAPPENED TO ME IN MY LIFE AND I WILL KEEP WRITING TILL JUSTICE IS NOT DONE.PL PUT UPTO CHAIRMAN.MY SISTER ENGAGEMENT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.PLEASE...................................................SOMETHING ..........DO SAURABH SHARMA  Post a Similar Complaint!
