Dear Sir, I got group booking of 24 persons from Goa To Delhi in flight no. 6E196 on 18.08.2011 vide PNR no WG46BZ, DG3LBP & KGCMEN and I even paid in advance for serving combo meals i e total sum of Rs.5070/- (23 veg combo & on non-veg combo) but the persons whose name were recorded in PNR no. WG46BZ and DG3LBP were served with food but rest 9 persons who were travelling on PNR no. KGCMEN were not served with the food despite making repeated request to air hostess Ms.Shanna (whose face impression was so rough & looks so rude). After making requests Ms. Shanna assured us that now we r landing at Mumbai airport and after that we will serve food in second leg but to the surprise of us after taking off from Mumbai she not only refused to serve but she even try to escape from our queries. Her act, impression & behaviour was not at all good which no one will appreciate. Then their group leader Ms. Samatha emerged out and she act & behaved so rudely which i h\'v never seen in my life. I m also a regular flier & travel in all airlines & served by many air hostess but the above TWO named air hostess were so impolite which cannot be narrated in words. Even there after when I showed to Ms. Samatha (so called group leader) the bill recipt in which SSR amount has duly shown of Rs.1890/- paid in advance even then she refused to see & serve the meals and also started to blame us & refuse to listen any further and at last when i told to give in writing on my bill recipt that u h\'v not served the food to all 9 passangers who were travelling on PNR no. KGCMEN then she flately refused. After reaching Delhi when we all 24 passengers (11 men and 13 women) refused to leave the plane without getting in writing then ground staff came and hear our grievances then at the insistence of ground staff madam Ms. Samatha gave us in writing on bill regarding not serving food(copy is with me). Now i want that a stern action should be taken against above, for their mis-deeds and also my amount along-with compensation for the mental harassment and for keeping our nine passengers without food for more than six hours should be given to me.
