SHORT STORY OF AN ABOVE TERRORISM ON VICTIM & IT'S FAMILY FROM 06.06.2011 to 20.08.2011
1. Firstly, 7 persons of yadav family had forcefully, brocken the gate & wall of the school's park plot & encroached the plot of 75 Square Yards.They also injured School owner, Chandan Verma at 8.30 in the morning & captured illegal possesion of the school's park plot
2. due to the bribe power & recommendations of corporator, PCR Staff took the blooded & injured victim in the PCR & left the defaulters untouched at the crime site, to further dammage the property of the school.
3. PCR Staff left blooded & injured victim uncured outside the police chauki.Sangita, sister of Chandan VERMA, had admitted him to Govt. Hospital. Main victim had been admitted in the hospital for 3 days.
4. Demolition & encroachment even continued when Sangita Was Having meeting (leaving uncured school owner in the hospital) with ACP Sumer Singh along with the said corp orator & his supporters (unsocial elements).
ACP Sumer Singh, on duty DCP (west) Maheswar Dayal & Present DCP (West) had promised victims to take out illegal encroached defaulters if the actual posses ion to the disputed land was with the school itself, before the incident time.
5.When Sangita had come to victim's residence to get lunch for the victim at 3.30 PM, she was being ragged & bitten by 10 ladies and 15 gents too & robed her gold chain of 15000/= & heart breaking attacking by neck pressing by Jitendra Yadav, specially that too with the support & in the presence of Lakhpat Kataria. Inthe same crime, Nephew of 16 years, of the victim had also been bitten & attacked.
6. One more plot of 95 Square Yards, main gate of the school was alos being illegally brocken the walls & gate of the school possesed by Chauhan family, upto 3.30 P.M., on the incident day, & reconstructed the partition of the plot.
7. Finally, at 6.00 P.M. in the evening, after breaking the lock of the back gate of the school, the third plot was also being possesed by Manish Khatans, S/o land mafia cum wine contractor Hoti Khatana. He had possesed th plot of 118 Sq. Yard, with the help of puting tent material & the DCM Ceilo, red coloured car bearing registration No. HR-26 S 9669 (Impounded by Police Chauki, Sector-9, Gurgaon, Haryana, India, since 27.06.2011, till now.
8. Process of Demolition reconstruction of the school started at 8.30 in the morning and continued up to 5 PM in the evening in the presence of lower full staff of Sector 9 Police Chuck, chauki In charge Bani Singh & constable Pardip Singh as well as S.H.O. Sector-10, police Station, Gaurav Phogat, S.I.Sector-10, police Station.Rajpal Yadav, and even in the knowledge of ACP, Sumer Singh. Just for the foamallity, Pardip constable shooted the photographs of demolished site but that photographs were not presented in the court, at the time of granting bail by Magistrate Chandrakanta on Sunday, 19.06.2011
9. After 175 Hours of the incident & on keep complaining to DSP Panchkula Sh. Surendra Vats and other authorities by the victim, paralyzed, defaulter protective and lesser incidents covering FIR No. 193 Dtd. 12.06.2011, at 9.30. P.M. int the night was being registered (after getting bribe through munshi yudhvir Singh)
Bribed & pressurized police officials of Gurgaon (WEST) had, deliberatekly mispeformed following actions.
------ Inserted only 7 defaulters out of 25 defaulters in the FIR No. 193 Dtd. 12.06.2011.

------ and registered PARALYZED FIR No. 193 Dtd. 12.06.2011..
-------------- inserted just the bailable IPC sections to protect them. Indian Pinal Code 452 & 354 as well as 395 had not been deliberately inserted by the police staff.
10. Light proof of the bribe could be investigated by any of the honest cop of the Crime department becase, Anita Yadav , W/o Jagjit Yadav (defaulter of FIR NO 193 DTD. 12.06.11 ) was seen at 11.00 A.M. on 12.06.2011, by one of the trusted eye witness, at munshi's residence of Yudhvir Singh. Mostly, she would have gone to hand over the bribe money for the lower staff of Sector 9 Police Chauki & Sector 10 Police Station.
11. After bribing lower staff through munshi of sector 9 police chauki,Mr. YUDHVIR SINGH. Because, on the same night said FIR HAD BEEN REGISTERED BY I/O AND S.I, RAJPAL ( DELIBERATELY IN THE IN THE ABSENCE OF S.H.O Mr. Gaurav Phogat, on Sunday at 09.45 PM IN THE NIGHT , BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF SHO IN THE MONDAY MORNING. Further, I/O had deliberately registered defaulter protective FIR & following wrong or incomplete informations, bailable offenses and bailable Indian Penal codes were dishonestly,
12. Victim had given the application to Commisioner of Polic, Joint Commisioner of Police Mr. Alok Mittal on 17.06.11 to Dy. Magistrate and Joint Commisioner of Police Gurgaon & Dy. Magistrate, to insert non-bailable sections such as 452, 354 & 395, but was of of no use due to political pressuization on commisioners.
13. When, victim approached Mr. Kunal Bhado, (Son in law of Cm of Haryana, to show the tragedy ot the school owner, he got petty on the victim & sent recommendations to CP, Gurgaon Mr. S.S. Deshwal, & then chargesheet was being filed & formally arrested only against 7 defaulters of the first plot on 18.06.2011& keeping aside defaulters such as, Manish Khatana group, Corporator Lakhpat Kataria, & full Chauhan Family.
14.When, defaulters approached the got to get the bail, against non-bailable crimes on Sunday, 19.06.2011, Magistrate Sh. Chandrakanta had asked the police administration why the section 452 & 395 & 354 has not been inserted but police administration could not answer anything.Magistrate was about to reject the plea of defaultes upto 12.40 P.M., but he had taken filmy short break to propund the judgement at 1.30 P.M. Then, defaulters submitted unofficial recomendations of Rao Inderjeet, before summoning council of the victim magistrate had granted the bail & passed the release order on 1.15. P.M. This is again a big slap of the politicians was there on the cheeks of democratic law & orders & its, propunders (majistrate)
15. Luckily & fortunately, after 21 days, after struggling a lot & compaints being forwarded to many more top authorities, back plot was being vacated by Manish Khatana, on 27.06.2011.
16. When, no any other way of dozing victim was there DCP (WEST) took the last optio to propund as judge in his report that the victim is totally wrong & sent the recommendations in his report sent to CP, Gurgoan vide Diary
No. 363 Dtd. 04.07.2011.
17. CP, Gurgaon, straight away blindedly & under the political pressures, cancelled the said FIR No. 193 Dtd. 12.06.2011., without being informing or intimating to victim or it's family.
18 Since, due to BACKAGE OF POLITICIANS & BRIBED AS WELL AS PRESSURIZED POLICE OFFICIALS, defaulter have been encouraged to commit even more cruel crime THAT IS KIDNAPPING.
19. They kidnapped the nephew of school owner Vinay Thakkar, at 7.15 on 08.08.2011.
True story of above kidnap.
When Vinay was going to CCA School, in the midway where less populated space is there, 5 persons had smelt him alcohol & put him into golden colored inova car along with his bag & put the bicycle on the roof of the car & took him to the area opposite to Malibu Town, that may be Vill. Tikri, near Subhash Chauk.
He was confined in one of the triple story white colored building Vill. Tikri, near Subhash Chauk from 8.00 A.M. on 08.08.11 to 5.15 P.M. on 08.08.11. Luckily & fortunately he somehow dozed the criminals & flee from there.
And, the said school going student contacted his cousin brother, Jiten Verma s/o Chandan Verma ( Through the help of mobile no 8882834701 of rickshaw puller, as he was the first person to help Vinay) to contact family members to pick up him at 6.00 P.M. From Subhash Chauk, Gurgaon. After, locking and parking of cycle our family pick up the kidnapped boy and take him at the police chauki, Sector 9, to lodge the complaint. But, instead of investigating very strongly for the extra sensitive crime very much seriously these chauki staff is misbehaving with complainant family, (as usual favoring defaulters since last 65 days) & also firing & frightening kidnapped boy. Kidnapped boy could not identify & search the confined building where he was confined (due to intoxicated position of alcohol at the time of fleeing from confined building), does it mean that? That victim family and kidnapped victim are lying & lodging complaint UN-necessarily.
20. In the law itself it says the may 100 of criminals may slips away but single victim or innocent should not be harassed or punished, but here every thing is going in reversed situation.
MatterS of injustice spread by pressurized commissioners of police, are as under.
1) ACP Mr. SUMER SINGH, who was cross questioning Both the disputed parties by 1.00 PM ON 06.06.11. HE DID NOT GIVE ANY LEGAL ORDER TO STOP THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OF DEMOLITION & RECONSTRUCTING & ENCROACHMENT IN THE SCHOOL ITSELF. NEITHER HE ARRESTED ANY CULPRITS NOR ANY LEGAL ACTION IS BEING TAKEN BY HIM. ON THE CONTRARY, ON THE PACKAGE OF POLICE STAFF DEFAULTERS HAD ragged & bitten SANGITA
2) Joint CP, Mr.Alok Mittal :- He had actually behaved the like a real cope on the first instance, that if someone has taken a loan from debtor then debtor does not have the right to take law in the hands. But, then again as usual pressurization of the subjected politicians changes their mind & workings & provision of Indian law. He had assured victims on 18.06.11 that police would kick out defaulters within 5 days, but it was his misguidance to us and indirect help to defaulters for providing time for defaulters to file civil suits against the victim.
He was accusing undersigned that how we are running my school & how we are teaching the kids? because I had mistaken spellings in the SMS sent to him. One should know very well that, Does any victim has the sense of writing anything, after the loss of 60.00 Lacs? ( robbing the materials of 7.00 Lacs of furnitures & computers & computerized educate system & 8.00 Lacs of signed cheques. & 45.00 lacs of land of the school)
3) DCP Dr. ABHEY SINGH RAO is promoting, promoting, encouraging, inducing & favoring to defaulters either due to political power or due to encouraging local ism & communism he has also performed following wrongful acts even in the eyes of law and order.I) When, he joined on the post of DCP (WEST) on 09.06.11, S.H.O Sector 10 Police Station Mr. Gaurav Phogat had come to the residence of the victim, to collect documentary records from the victim at 1 P.M., Then he went to welcome meeting of newly appointed DCP (WEST) Dr. Abhey Singh Rao. When victim visited first time, he straight way ordered to hand over the possession to them who had actual possession before the incident (that is at 8.30 A.M on 06.06.11).after receiving political pressurization from subjected politicians, every of his justice might have been lost in communism and localism, justice would have been crashed under the pressurization of political power
II) He has sent totally wrong report to CP Gurgaon vide his diary no. 363 Dtd. 04.07.11, which clearly mentions that every word he has lied in the said report, like first statement he has given in the report that he has made his own investigation. If I wold be given chance to neutral justice maker, I prove his every word wrong. He has certified every forgery in the documents and fake document. HE HAS REPORTED VICTIM TO BE wrong.
IV) He has also misguided his seniors like Sh. S. S. Deshwal and Sh. ALOK MITTAL TOO. Frankly, Dr. Abhey Singh is acting as a justice. He, himself certifies documents of the defaulters, which has forgery in the eyes of law. Courts are not needed at least for the poor guys like us. Because, DCP can easily and straight away pronounce justice, where, there is political power or monetary power.
V) HE SOMETIMES, DELIBERATELY & IN THE INTEREST OF POLITICIANS & DEFAULTERS OF THE SAID CASE, HE GIVES CHILDISH STATEMENT UN-NECESSARILY THAT S.H.O., GAURAV PHOGAT DOES NOT OBEY MY ORDERS, SI RAJPAL YADAV IS NOT READY TO RESTORE THE POSSESSION TO THE SCHOOL. IS IT WORTH OF STATEMENTS OF DCP (WEST).
4) CP Mr. S.S. Deshwal, who does not even apply the mind & the resources presented to him by the Govt. of Haryana because of the political pressure provided by the subjected politicians. He had also given the mis-statement about the victim, straight away in the first statement that victim is the liar (who knows who is the lier). He has blindingly cancelled the FIR No., 193 Dtd. 12.06.2011. and totally obliging subjected
RESULTS OF THE ABOVE TRUE STROY & OUR MESSAGE TO POLICE OFFICIALS
Presently, still 2 families (Unsocial elements of the CORP ORATOR OF ward No. 9 GURGAON CALLED LAKHPAT KATARIA, have encroached illegally and on the basis of forgered documents. 2 plots of 168 Sq. Due too which students of our school are facing lot more problems of water & severage since last 55 days (since 01.07.2011). But this cruel defaulters does not have petty either on the small kids, students or on the community.
We think , all the bribed and pressurized police officials are waiting for the murder of victim family or many more mis-happening with the victim family or they want the main victim CHANDAN VERMA to give up the strugle against the corrupted administration and SUBJECTED POLITICIANS and their unsocial 2 families of Devilal Nagar Gurgaon called Yadav (RAO) Family & Chauhan Family and one land mafia property dealer group of Hoti Khatana inclusive of his, son Manish Khatana, partner Master Jagan Nath, assistant Pawan Kumar & his wife Savitri Devi. THIS ABOVE SAID PERSONALITY IS TRYING TO PROVOKE victim to commit suicide also. Earlier they have also tried to force victim family to flee away from GGN.
