| Even he made false also true by telling again and again same thing.He was just given me just 50,000 rs for two years of my working his company.Now he told that he has given 21,000 in advance.Is it true that an Btech guy can earn 50,000 rs per two years |

See the following harassment.Which is done by Chinna Katireddy (who is director of SoftwareLabAccess and MacropusGlobal).Why?......
Because I have asked My Money (cuttings under HRA) and my certificates after i was resigning my job in softwarelabaccess.Its just 30,000rs and my experience certificates.I completed B-Tech in 2008.
Actually i worked for one year without salary in this company (from October 2009 to August 2010).Even in this period he didn't given Offer letter to me.He has given me first salary 1000 rs in September 2009 and offer letter also given in the same month (please see the attached offer letter).But Salary given is 1000rs and cuttings is 2500rs(in offer letter).I have worked up-to July 15th 2011 in that company. So totally 10 months i have worked from day of receiving offer letter.After my resignation i have asked about my '10 months HRA cuttings amount' and my 15 days salary for July month.I asked for that money so many times and finally i decided to went for legal actions.For that he was reversely taken revenge on me in the following way.Still he was not giving my money and certificates.Whenever i was working in that company their Hard disk is lost.Somebody stolen by it.That time he didn't bother about it and he is suspected on another person.Now he is cheating me like the below way.Even i didn't take any of their SAP software whenever i left their company.

Dear Raghunatha,
You have left the company without informing anyone in the company and without giving 60 days notice as per the company terms and conditions. You haven’t done any knowledge transfer to other employees of the company as per company’s terms and conditions.
During your tenure with the company, the company has paid salary advance in many months (apart from your entitled salary per month as per the company’s agreement, attached for the same) as advance as per your request. The following advance must be returned to us by September 7th 2011. Company has also given you an advance for training which must be returned as well. You have taken company’s software and external hard disk which must be returned as well.
If the following is not returned to us by September 7th 2011, we will be forced to take legal action against you.
1. Advances paid - Rs. 21,000.00 (Please see the below payment table)
2. Not handed over the external hard disk with all the software(s)
You have misbehaved with company employees, abused company director and spreading bad about the company to other competitor companies & others and you have broken all our company terms and condition as in your agreement. We will be taking legal action for breaching of the companies terms and conditions.
