On 12th Sep,11 i had a flight from Mumbai to Lucknow at 6:30 am.The boarding time mentioned on the boarding pass was 6O\'clock. I reached the boarding gate by 6:15am.Probably cause it was early morning most of the passengers were there before time and they had boarded the flight by the time i reached there.There was no announcement of the flight and also there wasnt any announcement of my name,which should be made cause i had the boarding pass.The desk members of kingfisher airlines told me that the flight had already left at 6:15am, whereas the departure time was 6:30am.On my questioning them,they were extremely rude and inhuman.Thereafter i was told to go to the manager,as the manager wasnt there, the person handling his responsibilities told me that you people dont have the list of passengers,that was such a silly excuse.He asked me to rebook the tickets by paying Rs 4200(approx).I had to stand on his desk for around 1 hr to speak to him,whereas he was sitting and talking on phone.After a lot of argument i had to pay Rs 300 to rebook the tickets,the next flight was of 5:45pm.Can you people even think of the important work i missed out just because of such a careless attitude of your team.I had to sit at the airport for 13hrs.There was no1 at the airport of your team who could take the responsibility of what happened.I would also like to mention that there was another manager of your airlines whom i met while boarding my flight at 5:30pm and the explanation he gave me was that cause the morning flight was a base flight the boarding was done before time.Are the explanations given by your fruitless managers worth it??I want a genuine explanation, an action against all the desk members and a reasonable penalty for all the pain i suffered ,else i would definitely file a harrasement case against kingfisher airlines.For your enquiry i am also mentioning the rebooked details ( TKT- 0900610848198 and 0900610848199,flight no.- IT 3149 ).
