Hello ALL,

I am writing to you after frustration and inform you with pain.
I had given my car(Swift Dezire, ZDI) to Car Service Centre: Bimal Maruti Agency, Yelahanka, Bangalore, Karnataka for maintainance (Service). Actually my car was getting engine noise .
When i reached to receive my car, i saw that my car is in same condition as i had left as before and engine noise is more as compared before with lot of oil leakage.

Everybody is rotating me day by day but there is no outcomes. I really got frustrated.
Is this the Maruthi known for. It is really ridiculous and shameful.
Maruthi should look into it about their servicing partners and the quality of service being provided, as we pay a big amount to get the services.
I am highly dissatisfied with your service as i still don't know the status of my vehicle till now. I still do not know when can i get my car.
From this I am very much frustrated on Maruthi service ,which in the market as good name, but it’s not True and shameful. They have done the engine work and opened 4 to 5 time to solve the issue which is not solved till now from 3 months(from date 29/6/11 to till date). There was lot of oil leakages and engine noise later. They tried to deliver the car in same condition. when we asked about the engine noise and compared with other car then they accepted . Now they have sent the car to BIMAL Whitefield head office to rectify the problem. The Bill which they mentioned was 79000/- Rs which it is billed for all the experiment done to solve the engine noise.
After so many experiments they have spoiled the engine which we don’t want to accept and we have registered complaint in Customer court on Car Service Centre: Bimal Maruti Agency.
We will not pay the unnecessary bill they have mentioned and we want new engine for my swift dzire ZDI because they have done the Engine work and spoiled the engine with more noise.
My CAR Number : KA 03 MK 979.
Can you please help me out.

Greetings!
We are in receipt of your mail and regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. This has reference to the telephonic conversation we had yesterday evening and today morning regarding your vehicle bearing registration no. KA03MK979. As discussed with you the dealer is in receipt of the necessary parts and the engine assembly work is expected to complete by tomorrow. We will intimate you after the completion of the work and necessary road test. Till then may kindly bear with us. As discussed, we are directing our dealer to provide loaner vehicle for your usage. As conveyed during the discussion, the odomoter reading reduced from 66770Kms on 21st Jan2011 to 48159Kms on 11th April2011 which is abnormal and suspected due to tampering of certain parts by unauthorised sources. This is for your kind information. Any queries, may please feel free to contact the undersigned.

Hello Dinesh,
Thanks for taking care about my complaint after long time .i.e. 3 months which was not expected from Maruthi service and made me very bad impression on Maruthi. Due this bad impression some of my friends have cancelled their booking of Swift Dzire and gone for others company car.
But I won’t agree with odometer reading reduction as affected all the parts in engine which won’t make sense and I don’t want to explain the cause of engine again which is already told in previous mails.
I hope this time my vehicle is serviced without any engine noise, leakages, small issues and Delivered soon.
