My car, Tata nano MH12 HF2572, was damaged on the right side when it hit the divider in Dapodi, on the 26th of August,2011. I took it to Millennium Mobility in Dapodi, Pune on the same night at 10.30pm. Its been a month after that but I have not still received my repaired car. They first told that it will take 8 to 10 days. After that every friday they tell that I will get it on Monday and on monday they tell that I will get it on friday. The concerned person is mostly on leave. In his absence, other people tell that they do not know the status. When the person returns he tells that he was on leave and so he does not know the status. This has been continuing for 1 month. Now my patience has lost its limits. Yesterday they did not pick up the phone either. Is this the way Tata Motors do the servicing of their cars? If this is the case, I will recommend all to avoid buying Tata cars because of the poor servicing they provide. I am fed up.
