Dear Sir/Madam,This is in reference to my Passport Application at Aditya Consultancy.The agent that inducted me through the entire procedure was Mr. Deepak ( +919289645040 ). And he also said in case there is decripancy with the processing of the Passport Application , there would be a deduction of Rs. 500 for agency charges and the remaining balance would be refunded. However there hasnt bein any intimation from his or the Agency\'s end.Ms.Amita Dewan was the lady I spoke to later on, three weeks back and she was not even willing to listen to the concern or the query I had.He was very rude and I would say she really doesn\'t have the basic etiquette of talking to her customers. Its being almost 3 months to the day of the application of my Passport, It has not been renewed and i have not even been given a file number. i call them and call them and get told to speak to one person or the other. i am afraid they have stolen my passport and defrauded me. i need to travel URGENTLY to dubai for a medical emergency.I need a solution in handling this current situation and how do I get my passport.
