I applied for a new airtel dth connection online on dated 03 Oct 2011 by giving details on airtel website. On next day i received a call from vriti infocom sirvices pvt ltd and they asked me for make the payment and promised that they will install set top box in next 48 hours. Then i have made a payment of Rs 3200 But still today 10 Oct 2011 no response from another side. Whenever i tries to call airtel customer care they rejects my call with saying please contect to viriti infocom. i have made so many emails on vriti infocom site but they didnt respond. Please somebody tell me the procedure to make complaint in consumer courtmy details is given below

i have purchased a airtel d2h in 12 october 2011 through vriti.they said me that the connection will be there within 48 hrs.after the completion of 48 hrs.i call to person to whom i purchase but they arenot responding.plz help.
