I am Saptadipa Dey, residing at P-44, State Bank Park, Pora-aswathatala, Thakurpukur, Kolkata-700063. I have two girl child (twin) named Rajashree & Rohini. After successfully completion of primary education upto Class-IV in Janakalyan Vidyapith Primary School they participated in Admission Test (15/02/2010) for Class-V for admission to Barisha Vivekananda Girls High School, 632 D. H. Road, Tkakurpukur, Kolkata-63 in the year 2010 which is nearest school from my house. They appeared successful in the admission test and I went for admission in Class-V of Barisha Vivekananda Girls High School on dated 03/03/2011. From the time of admission me and my children face problems and harassment caused due to non co-operation of school stuff.

At the beginning (from the day of admission) School Clark named Kishor Mitra refuses to write address of my daughter and asking for various types of documents again and again though I have submitted all the relevant documents including Transfer Certificate received from earlier school. In due course of time Clark was using slang language and rough insulting behavior with me as and when I went to school for square up the address issue. Even if he is threatening and teasing me outside school. I informed the matter to other teacher, Head Mistress (Ms. Sanjukta Biswas) but nobody co-operate with me and Clark including HM asking for documents related to my personal information. In the due course of time my daughters are also faces insulting behavior and unnecessary punishment from school stuff including HM causing school irrational fear to my daughters about school and school stuff.

After final examination for Class-V to Class VI in at the time of result out I came to know that both of my girls are not given promotion to Class-VI. No earlier information is given to me about the weakness of my daughter by any of the teacher/HM/secretary. Later on I have found that they are the only students who have not promoted to the next class.

In the day of result out I try to visit HM but she denied to meet with me. After some day I talked with HM and requested to promote them in class-VI in sympathetic ground but she denied and told me that there is no rule in WBBSE to promote student like them. So there is no way to me except readmitting my daughters in Class-V.

After that at the time of readmission, school asking for a fee of Rs. 500/- per student. Due to my financial condition it is tough for me to pay Rs. 1,000/- as I have to admit my two daughters. I applied to HM for concessions but she refuses to give any type of concession.

After session starts my daughters are facing harassment and unnecessary mental punishment while they attending school. At the same time Kishore Mitra regularly teasing and threatening me here and there and I feel insecured as a result I am unable to send my daughters to school due to fear.

I informed all the matter to managing committee time to time and after the threatening increased I lauded GD to local Thakurpukur Police Station (GD no. 1038 dated 16/09/2011). After that when my father went to school and meet with HM she again told that my daughters will not be promoted to Class-VI. Kishore Mitra also threatening me outside the school and forcing me for withdrawal of GD. I also informed the matter to local word councilors, President and Secretary of School. But till now matter is pending and no step is taken and I am not able to send my daughters to school.

Kindly advise me the steps to be taken in this regard that I can send my daughter to school for regularize their education.
