I run a Real Estate Consulting firm by the name of PropertyDiscount.in; I have provided 10 bookings to for Eros Sampoornam project to Unicon Real Estate. I wish to inform all the fellow property dealers & agents to beware of Unicon people and take a lesson from my sufferings:

1. I contacted the Eros Group for marketing of Sampoornam Project, they said Unicon has underwritten the entire project, so you cannot provide us booking directly, you have to be routed through Unicon only. So I contacted them, Unicon people refused to write anything on paper, instead they said oral commitment is everything, we have 500 offices and you have to trust us.

2. I provided 8 bookings to 1 employee and 2 bookings to another employee of Unicon. Now, when I asked for payment they changed the commission slab and said we never committed what you are saying. I met the VP (Mr. Jatin) also, he said I will not give you the commission slab as we have never committed that.

3. I accepted their slab because I didn\\\'t had any other option, now one person (Mr. Adhvesh) said \\\"we haven\\\'t got any commission from Eros Group yet so we cannot pay\\\" while the other person (Mr. Raj) in the same company said \\\"you operate by the name of PropertyDiscount.in however your firm\\\'s name is SR Holdings, so we cannot release any commission in the name of SR Holdings\\\". I explained him that PropertyDiscount.in is our brand name and the website, we are registered firm under the name of \\\"SR Holdings\\\", we can prove that we own PropertyDiscount.in website, how can they deny payment using such a silly term.

4. I haven\\\'t got a single rupee despite of my continuous efforts. I request all the fellow property dealers to please unite and let\\\'s do something for our right. I am not able to pay salaries to my staff who did a lot of hard work for getting those bookings.

Nobody is helping, Eros Group says we have paid Unicon, whereas Unicon says we cannot pay you. Tell me friends what to do? If you are a property dealer you must be knowing how difficult it is to get one booking. We call the client, follow up, we show them site, we pick and deposit cheques, etc. etc. But when you do not get a single rupee it hurts a lot. I request everyone to please help.
