Fraud on my credit card on 26th October 2006. Recieved a call from HSBC Customer Care enquiring if I have made any transactions as on that date, I very clearly disagreed. After that I have also been to the HSBC Branch and submitted my complaint in writing on the letter given to me by HSBC. However, there was no acknowledgment on that letter by any HSBC official. However, my complaint to the customer care stands good and there has been no response to try and resolve my complaint. The only calls I recieve everytime is to make the payment. I am really looking for some concrete solution here. Requiring your assistance.
