I have given my Fiat Punto Grande for repairing the engine which was damaged due to a stone hitting the oil sump since 30th August 2011 and till date the Authorised Service Dealer M/S Ghosh Brothers based at Guwahati is unable to repair the same, as the dealer claims that they are allowed only a bi monthly requisition of spare parts from the company. Is this the Fiat Company which operates worldwide policy in a highly competitive market or is it that the distributor is a cheat?
