I purchase the moterbyke Splender Pro from Shiv Shakti Motors Madhubani on 16/09/2011 after some hours i found the cracked in Chamber nearby Selfstart Moter. same has been informed to your Dealer & Your Teritotry Maneger Patna but no any satesfactort answer provide by them.I am already fillup Heromotocorp Complaint Form on Website but also no any reply from that side also.
I am Continuesly mailed to the Company but no any satisfactory answar provide by them by till time.

After long Mail conversation i am not received any satisfactory answar from all of you and no anybody write to me about the subject matter(Poor Product Quality Issue).
if this is not kindely discribe the problume(Which is blamed by me from the first day) behind the cracking of Chamber Unit as shown by my attached Picture & what is your inspection report and what is your Techenical Team or Quality Team remark of this issue.

in these 14th days(again remind you that i am complaning from Date of Purchase 16/9/211 which is mention in tailing mail) i feel some bad experiance with HEROMOTOCORP. that experiance i want to share with you .........
1st :-in these 14th days i am complaning from 1st day for Poor Product Quality issue but no one talking or reply about Poor Product Quality and the main thing they never forget to teach us for Warrenty Term & Condition.
2nd :- in these 14th days i never got a single call from your management teem except two call even i am calling again & again to all of you. when 2nd time i called to Mr.Rajiv Mishra Kolkata he said a cheap excuse(Maine try kiya tha Aapka Phone nahi lag paya tha) also from Gautam Kumar Patna Aapka Mobile no. mere pass nahi tha.
3rd :-in these 14th days when i regular 7 day called at your corporate than a single call transfered to Mr.AGM.
4th :-in these 14th days we are already visited 2 times for inspection at your deler place than why 3rd time calling us with byke(as written by Mr.DK Das Gupta in below mail). its shows customer is your slave(sorry for bad language).
5th :-When we Clearly told to the deler on 1st day for byke Replacement than why the deler send the document to RTO office for registeration on 19/09/2011 and also i already visited on deler place on 17/09/2011. And Mr.DK Das Gupta mail and attachment Clearly shows that without receving the deler sent the Document to RTO office on 16/9/2011.
More experiance i got from HEROMOTOCORP but These are some bad experiance feel with your Organisation.
My request to service@heromotocorp.com and Mr.Ashish Aggarwal kindely forward this Mail to Managing Director(MD) and Higher Management.I hope this time i receive reply Very Soon.

First of all i want to remember all of you that i am complaining from first day from date of purchase.I want to share all of you the journy of the complaint which is mention below :-
1st Day(16/09/2011) :-Telephonic Contact with the Deler becuose my villege is far from Showroom is 50KM.
2nd Day(17/09/2011) :-We reached at the Deler Place with Byke they normaly booked a complaint in Manual Book(service Book) with date which is attached with this mail and we clearly said them kindely replaced the byke & also fill the Complaint Form on HEROMOTOCORP website.
3rd Day(18/09/2011) :-Sunday
4th Day(19/09/2011) :-I talked to Mr.Gautam Kumar he said please give me time for this issue.
5th day(20/09/2011) :-i talked to Mr.D.K.Dasgupta he told me that Gautam Kumar handeling this issue.
6th Day(21/09/2011) :-i talked to Mr.Rajiv Mishra he said give me short time i will contact you shortely. also mailed to all of you which is below mentioned but no reply
7th Day(22/09/2011) :-as per received a call by your deler that kindely visit our store with byke we want to again inspection the byke. we visit with byke at your deler place. i also called to your corperate office Delhi for talking to any higher Management but Mr.Kamalkant Received the phone and said Mr.AGM is in metting he attend you after meeting but no any call received whole day. i again called to Mr.Rajiv Mishra he said i am also wating for higher management reply.
8th Day(23/09/2011) :-A mail receive from Mr.Gautam Kumar which is below mentioned. i am again fill the Complaint Form on HEROMOTOCORP website but no any reply received that side till time.i again called to your corperate office Delhi for talking to any higher Management but Mr.Kamalkant Received the phone and said Mr.AGM is still in metting he attend you on Monday but no any call received that day also.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Based on the discussion had with you , we have enquired from our dealer and they have sent the papers for registration on 16th evening only.
Your motorcycle got registered with RTO Madhubani on 19th Sept\\\'11 as per the attachment. The registration could not be done on 17th & 18th because of Holidays and the RTO office was closed.
Further, Our Territory Service Manager wanted to inspect the motorcycle and he had a telephonic talk with Mr. Raj Kumar on 26/9/11, but due to flood in your area , he was informed that the motorcycle can only be inspected after 10-15 days once the water in that area recedes.
Further, we would like to assure you that we believe in Service and we will be extending our full cooperation to resolve any issue.
A registered letter has also been sent to you by our Dealer which is attached for your reference.
Please note that any manufacturing defect , if found, will be taken care off as per Terms & Conditions of Warranty.
We once again request you to bring your motorcycle to our Workshop at Madhubani so that necessary check up and repair, if any , can be carried out under Terms & Conditions of Warranty.
