i have reciced a mail regarding that i have won 350000 pounds and to clear this amount i have to pay RBI a sum od rs 35000 approx is it true plz help me. the email is posted below

With reference to your message received, the notification regarding your COT code was acknowledge, and be you informed that the (COT) Code is the code number given to our clients after the cost of transfer is met by the transferring client. Reserve Bank of India inline with the Financial Service Authority (F.S.A) Ministry Of Finance India adheres to the principles of the Banking Codes as well as other foreign fund institutes. Be informed that the release of the cot code for the completion of your fund in the custody of Reserve bank of India. You are therefore requested to make payment of 35,340/ INR for immediate release of the (C.O.T) code to you, so as to enable you complete the transfer of your fund.

NOTE! The Insurance bond protecting your fund state’s that the money is non deductible until it is in the custody of the beneficiary. This is to protect funds on transfer from been tampered with. Hence, the above stated COT charge cannot be deducted from your money.Therefore Before your COT code can be unleashed to you, for the completion of the transfer of your fund. Payment for the C.O.T should be made to our affiliated bank account . The moment we receive your payment, for the cot which stands as the online security intelligence network of the Ministry of Finance India over all banking institutes. Kindly revert back for our affiliated bank account were you have to make the deposit of 35,340/-INR (Thirty Five Thousand Three Hundred And Forty Indian Rupees)
