Please dont purchase any product from MTS.........

Their product as well as their service worst in the market.

Look at the chain mail with their customer care and their two months shabbiest service.



There seems to be an ongoing issue with your service right from the start. The numerous mails and calls to your customer service mail id and contact numbers have no effect on you and our problem continues to be unresolved. Thanks for the multiple complaint numbers generated by your systems. (AUG 6584 / SEP 612 / SEP 4439 / Service req number 31625)

After great penance I finally received the replaced data card from your service centre (submitted the faulty data card on Sep 8 and recvd replacement on Sep 30). As per your procedures, I was advised to call your customer service once I get the card so that they could transfer the balance 278 MB(which was recharged by me and unused owing to the hardware issue in the card).

As informed by the customer service rep., I had called back on Sep 30th and raised a complaint to transfer my balance. I was informed that the request is being forwarded to the concerned team for action and I would receive a call back with 10 working hours. The latest complaint number being SEP 4439 raised on 30/09/2011. This remains unresolved/ unattended to despite having given a TAT of 10 working hours.

As on date and time, I still have not received any call / neither has the balance been transferred to my a/c. On contacting your customer service number yesterday evening, Mr. Dileep casually informs me that it will take another 2 days time and that the call could not be transferred to a senior as everyone is busy, call backs are not supposed to be done and the issue cannot be escalated to the concerned team, as it already has been raised and is under process.

I am floored by the quality of your service and customer friendly attitude. Had some one told me about you guys before, I am sure I would have never even considered your data card. Now I definitely wish to warn my friends from taking your services. Wish there was someone to give me that warning.

The very purpose of taking a data card connection has not been fulfilled and I have not been able to use the same for more that 1.5 months.

The interest you show in closing the ticket is not there in solving the issue.



Was asked to check the OS and the service pack. Both are as per what the person stated - Windows Xp and service pack 3.



Even before checking they closed the ticket. How is it possible to change the status to Resolved with no confirmation from USER.



MTS continues to provide service with no place/time for customers.
