After long struggle and after wait time of 1 month got my Titan Watch replaced since it had stopped working post 2nd month after purchase at chembur Titan Shop Natraj Cinema Building, since that watch was gifted to me by my colleagues i didn\'t had bill hence gave my warranty card for replacement in return they gave me another watch same model however the warranty card which they provided to me was of different model hence today again after 4months when i removed my watch for wearing it found that the watch was malfunctioning again i.e it did not worked when i visited again to chembur branch got to know that they shifted their shop at road no 1 Abhishek Apartment when i visited them they said the warranty card belongs to different model hence they can do nothing about it, i requested them to check their records since watch and wrong warranty card was issued by them, on my request i was told bluntly that they don\'t keep any records and asked me to provide bill i explained them since the watch was gifted to me i don\'t have bill on another hand i furnished warranty card with their stamp on it.
