I had issued 02(two) DEMAND DRAFTS through Indo-Zambia Bank(Lusaka,Zambia) in which Three Indian banks are subsidiary(Central Bank of India,Bank of Baroda and Bank of India). Its really harassment,embarrassment and mental stress to us when we come to India with such kind of legal payment vouchers issued by a national bank of the country named INDO-ZAMBIA BANK LIMITED itself and it dishonored....... it was issued in the favor of BANK OF INDIA-Vadodara head Office being their own subsidiary bank,I deposited the same in BANK OF BARODA-Mandvi head office,Vadodara being my account over there.It was very embarrassing and shocking to me that the said DD returned back to our account with comment\"Insufficient Funds\". this had happened twice... first time it happened and informed the bank in Zambia who issued these DDs to us...They requested to re-deposite and......history repeated again... the same remark on second time returned voucher...really ashame to our so called economically powerful country. how can one trust and faith in our banking systems????????? this had happen in spite of appointed representative of all three subsidiary banks of India sitting in the said INDO-ZAMBIA BANK LIMITED headquarter in LUSAKA,ZAMBIA.
