We missed our connective direct flight to Colombo on tuesday the 15th of november 2011 due to a delay from air india. They (after spending 24 hours in delhi airport) booked a flight to Chennai (madras) and then the next day (17th of nov) on to Colombo. They could put us on a flight that left a lot earlier to colombo (3 hrs after we arrived in Chennai) but instead we had to wait another 20 hours!!! at the airport with our 2 children!!! I don\'t accept this behaviour!!!
