I Hardev Singh Gill having e-ticket no.-0905379101137 on kingfisher airlines flight no.-IT1 on 23rdnov. 2011 want to complain about kingfisher airlines.. i was supposed to travel today on this airlines..i reached airport 2 hrs before departure time and boarding pass was issued to me,went through security and immigration as well but because of less staff at immigration desk and security I reached departing gate just 5 min before departure.. i requested security people to do my security first as i would otherwise miss my flight,,but was told not to worry as in that case the staff of the airline would make announcements and search me.. but there were no announcements for me and no one came and on departure gate they told me they would rebook my flight for tommorrow for free.. after assuring me to book my flight again tomorrow they asked for my boarding pass to remove my luggage from the flight...when i came out to rebook my ticket i was told to pay for it..as they couldn\\\'t do anything.. when i called on the customer service number to ask they said on ticket they had put remark..no show..it wasnt my fault at all because of the cisf and the airline staff i missedmy flight and was given a false confirmation of rebooking my next flight for free which wasnt the case....
