We have recently moved to a flat near Hinduja Hospital on Veer Savrakar Marg, Shivaji Park, Mahim. The complex

where we are staying is served by a In-Cable (Hinduja Group) Operator, by name Lawrence, who seems to be having

monopoly here. I find it very difficult to deal with him.

We have been after him from 9th November 2011 to get a set-top box and, after sveral calls to his mobile (half the

time he doesn\'t pick up and other times, he promises to come and doesn\'t bother to), he finally brought and

installed a set-top box on 24th Nov 2011, collected Rs 1500/- without giving any receipt with a promise to bring

the In-Cable application form indicating the paid-channels we require. Now I am following up with him for this form

and he does not come on line or respond. Probably he will come after 15 days and give the form and then take another

15 days to start the channells ! Thus we are now with a Set-Top Box less Rs 1500 and no Paid-Channels.

The main IN-Cable operator for whom Lawrence is working is one ROHIT VISION, in Mahim. but the staff of 1 or 2

available in the office are not at all helpful and say we have to contact / handle Lawrence only and they cannot

help in any way; they refuse to give the name or phone no of the owner or Manager of Rohit Vision and stone wall all

enquiries.I called up one Shri Daya of IN-Cable, whose number was flashed in their channel, but he also washed his

hands off saying we have to contact the local operator Lawrence only.In-Cable people refuse to accept direct our

application and start the channels and insist that we have to wait for this guy to collect the form from us.

Thus we are the mercy of this operator, with in-Cable, Rohit Vision et al not being prepared to listen to our

problems or solve them.

Now the problem is about getting the application form and getting channels; but later there will be other problems

relating to specific channels ( like quality of transmission, channel going off air, malfunctioning of Set-TOP Box

etc) and we are always at Lawrence\'s mercy as In-Cable and Rohit Vision have abdicated their responsibilities to

customer and want only to collect the monies and not bothered about the customers\' problems.

In the circumstances, to should I turn to get service ? if somebody can help me or advise me I will be grateful.
