I had bought a titan watch from a authorised service centre,The Time,on 5.5.11. the watch was not used for two months. however when it was used it was found that the watch was slow. i went to another service centre, Prime watches in kolkata located in City Centre Shopping Mall, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-64, to get it repaired on 19/8/11. After three months they called me to inform about a credit note recieved from the Titan Watches to replace the watch.when i went to the shop the service-in-charge of the Prime, Suparna Kundu asked me to choose a watch from the shop. after i chose a watch she denied me to give the watch. i think this is humiliating a customer. then she promised to call me afterwards. after some days she called and they provided me the credit note and asked me to collect the watch on my own from World of Titan, Titan Industries,12/4B Lidsay Street. Kolkata-700087.As i went there i was told that i was given a xerox copy of a credit note instead of the original credit note with a false seal of Titan Industries. i think i was cheated out by the Prime people who have replaced the original credit note with a xerox copy which the Titan Industries did not accept and i have not recieved the watch. i seek your help and will remain ever obliged if you could look into the matter and help me get my watch and do something about the harrashment and cheating done to me by The Prime.
